Incomplete delivery and poor customer service
I ordered a sofa that was delivered at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, a piece of the sofa was missing. I immediately tried to contact customer service by phone, email, and through their website to resolve the issue.
However, it proved almost impossible to get in touch with the company. My email went unanswered, and no one ever picked up the phone. Eventually, I did receive a reply through their website, but the responses were very slow, often with several days between each message.
They agreed to send the missing part and said they would contact me with delivery details. However, I never received any confirmation, and I still have not received the missing piece of the sofa. Despite requesting updates multiple times, I have not heard back.
It has now been three weeks since the sofa was supposed to be fully delivered. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional, and it does not give me confidence in the company’s reliability.
