Lack of accountability throughout the end-to-end process .
Good morning,
I purchased a table and a bed headboard from you in Week 40, and at the time of the purchase I was informed that the delivery lead time would be up to 4 weeks. I only received my order yesterday, in Week 50.
When I contacted the sales team, I was told that “the delivery timeline is not your responsibility”, which, from a customer-experience standpoint, significantly reduces the perceived value and is quite disappointing.
Due to the delay and the failure to meet the promised timeline, I had to cancel events at my home and look for temporary solutions. The lack of accountability throughout the end-to-end process has been very frustrating.
I would appreciate if you could look into this matter.
