Sorry there is no negative stars, but this company deserves -10. Ordered on June 16th, they took my money the next day. Haven't seen or heard anything for a week so I called and left message and emailed. No response. My next email was to cancel the order a few days later which I got a response of "We just processed it and you should get confirmation from the post office." that was 3 weeks ago. Apparently this company has no morals, integrity or any business sense. But they got our money, DON'T LET THEM GET YOURS!!!!

Customer service is non existent. I have tried to contact the company at least 3 separate times and a phone call to voicemail. We ordered a watch from them and are still waiting for it. I am extremely disappointed in this company and will likely request a refund of my money. We ordered July 2 and the website says Purolator delivers in 1-3 business days. We’ve had no updates and still no watch. Do not recommend buying from them.

I finally got the watch after about a 6-week wait for the delivery. Njord rep accused the delay on tariff issues. I'm OK with the watch, but my main complaint is the Blood Pressure reading. My systolic reading is constantly in the 150's. I had a doctor appointment yesterday and my BP systolic reading was 125. Why is there such a discrepancy? Also, the watch does not hold a charge as advertised. Customer service has a lot to be desired as well.

I made my purchase on the 15 June 2025 order number G119257. Today is the 14 July an have not recieve my order. I have email support so many time with no redress. I have call the number provided to many times and left messages and nothing. I was so excited about this watch i paid for an express shipping yet the only thing express was the disappointment. I strongly believe this is nothing less than a scam. I keep getting emails from some fake person called Tony. My opinion its all fake.

I regret purchasing from this company. Ordered a watch a month ago and it’s never shipped. Reached out to customer service and have been told three different things regarding the status of this order. Asked for a refund and have been ignored. Buyer beware!!!!

Never received it!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered, waited over 5 business days to get tracking number, sent email asking for update and the response was "you'll receive a tracking number shortly". Well, never received another email. No tracking number, no update on order, no communication at all. Even when I requested info on how to refund, no communication. I kept checking my order number and it just stayed at order received so I finally put in fraud claim with my card and got a refund that way. Thats when the company finally answered and said "we'll it looks like you received refund from your card so there's nothing we can do". Well of course there's nothing they can do, its already done!
My son was so disappointed as he had researched and really, really wanted this watch.

Paid for and ordered a watch 3 weeks ago. I was told 3-5 days. I have reached out 5 times to ask for an ETA and or a refund. The answer is always the same....your order will ship out in 3-5 days. So far no refund either. I will be disputing charges with my credit card company.

Finally got my refund. Do yourself a favor buy name brand. Even if you have to buy it used to save money.

I ordered a watch for my husband who was excited to try out one of the watches. I placed my order on 6/17/25 and was told it would be shipped in 3 business days. After a week I reached out to get a status update and was told it would be 5-6 business days as they are very busy. Ok, understandable. I waited another week and reached out again asking for an update or a refund. I was then informed that they are actually out of stock but are restocking. I then asked for a refund as it had been over 2 weeks, the response I got was them trying to upsell me and promises of additional free products. I declined and asked for a refund for a 3rd time. No response, ended up having to dispute the charge after 3 weeks of waiting. Don't waste your money or time.

Worst customer service! I need to return the item and it's been weeks without a response. Everything seems to be automated. Very disappointed!

Zero stars. Their marketing team is on point, The order fulfillment and returns teams are crap. I'm trying to return my watch, order G116065 and I'm getting nowhere with their customer support. The watch app is clunky at best, and finding it to install on your phone was almost impossible. I'm sure the construction of the watch is good, but the software and interface are the exact opposite.

Have had mine for almost 2 months now. Cannot complain for the price paid. Battery life is excellent. lasts up to two weeks even with the "tilt to view" function turned on and daily hartbeat monitoring active. lasts even longer with these functions disabled.

it has taken a few knocks and a few splashes without issue, although as the watch is not advertised as fully waterproof., I do remove it when bathing or showering.

Delivery was fine, taking a little over 3 weeks to arrive in the UK.

I would give a zero star if I could. Been trying for a refund for a month now. Dozens of emails, calls, messages to social media. Still don't even have the watch either. Absolutely terrible company, complete scam

At first glance this watch looks great, I decided to change it up and get something other than another Apple Watch. What a mistake.

I ordered on May 11th, the website states that normally they ship in 1-2 business days and then free shipping takes 3-5 days from there. Cool. Got an email on May 12th that my order was almost ready to ship. Emailed the company on May 28th as my watch had still not shipped, three days later they responded and said “sorry, we had a lot of orders come in and shipping is taking a few more days than normal”.

Watch finally shipped June 19th, got it on the 21st. You can NOT respond to texts on the APEX as advertised. There is no strength training workout tracking and the software feels clunky. Initiated a return on the 22nd, have not gotten a response. Sent a general email to them on the return and have not gettin a response there either.

Do not buy from this company.

Its actually ZERO stars. DO NOT purchase from this company. They have no customer service and I never received the watch I purchased. They will not email me back. The first time I reached out, they said oh, sorry. We will ship it now. No other response. I paid for expedited shipping and can't even get that refunded. It has been well over 2 weeks since my purchase. This company is horrible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I still haven't received my watch. Not sure of the date I ordered it, but it's been a while.

I purchased a watch because I am a guy who can't wear watches because they end up broken. So far this watch has lived up to the name. It is a tough manly watch. I like its features... it is simple to use and doesn't have or need 500 apps. Just a few that's all a guy needs. And it's comfortable to wear.

Delivered on time, product was as described, very happy with the service and product

Best watch i bought! Indestructible!
