download is slow

I have a premium account that is valid until February 2026. I don't know why my account is deactivated from time to time and I have to reactivate it. While this is an inconvenience, it's not the real problem. The real problem is that the download speed is ridiculously slow. Right now, after reactivating my account, it's around 1000 Kb/s! On other occasions, the highest speed I've gotten has been around 20 Mb/s, but it's not stable and quickly drops to much lower speeds. This is a recurring problem that they seem unable to solve.

They take money, but do not provide services, and do not respond to inquiries.

For faster and more convenient downloading from certain websites, I decided to try NitroFlare. I paid for Popular Access and was satisfied. So I decided to pay for a year's access, which I did by bank transfer - €117. I know that identifying such a transfer can take a while. You requested that I use your special identification code as message for recipient when making the payment, which I did. However, when nothing happened after two days, I contacted you via your contact form. Your response: "We have not received any payment, please check again." OK, these things happen. I checked the payment with my bank – it had gone through. So I contacted you again by email two days later and confirmed that the payment had been made. Your response? Nothing. So I contacted you again a week later and asked for either premium access or a refund. I emphasize that, in addition to all the other details, I always included the payment identification codes (Message for recipient TRX741030, Posting date 10/20/2025, ID Transaction RCU6BWTAT29). Your reaction since then? Nothing.
So you simply stole my €117.
I never want to have anything to do with you again.

It's now ten days later. Nitroflare's response: NOTHING. So it's certain: THIEVES.

Users report serious issues with NitroFlare Premium:

📁 Upload limits not honored, huge files fail

Bottom line: Looks fast & premium on paper, but real users warn: slow, unreliable, risky payments.

I have been a premium member for over a…

I have been a premium member for over a decade. The last several months, they have several times been downloading at a KB speed that requires HOURS to get even a tiny file. They do NOT respond to attempts to contact them.

UPDATE
I did start a ticket. Your response was to tell me my computer was the issue. During your latest 23hr. slow down to a crawl, rapidgator was working at full speed downloading. Making ZERO changes, this morning your nitroflare downloads are back to fulll speed. That is with me making ZERO changes to anything. The issue is at your end, not mine.

Don't do the affiliate job for this service!

They will not pay you any money , then these guys will ban your account for some strange reason.

by the way , don't use too more trafic each day , they will ban your account too
