Earlier this November I decided to buy one month of premium membership. I followed all of their official website links and transfered 18 euros to Wise Bank out of Belgium. 18 euros is exactly what it said to send and I have screenshot of this, as well as the entire conversation I had with their utterly helpless support. Nitroflare, more than an entire week later (and well after my wire transfer had already gone through), messaged me saying I only paid 8 euros. I sent them all proof of my transactions, as they requested. This was them wasting my time because after confronted with my proof support told me "LIke we have said before, we have only received 8 EUR,
please verify this with your bank". For some reason I called my bank thinking this would help, but they were just as confused as I was. Nitroflare asked how I would like to proceed and I said refund me since I do not want to deal with their shady business any longer. They said it would cost them more to refund me because of their wire back fee. So they stole my money and gave me no service. Don't let them do the same to you. I will provide proofs if needed.

Have been using them for years. Recently my daily quota went from 100gb to 50gb with no notice at all.
No reply from customer service. I will have to give serious consideration to just going back to rapidgator...who give you what you pay for.

Okay...then...I'll accept that it might be a mix up on my part...but...it's never happened before...and if it is...is there a way to fix it & upgrade without purchasing extra bandwith that profits you and not me?

Oops. They are entirely correct. I did buy the wrong package...darn it...usually I'm most meticulous about such things...however now that I'm humbled & have raised your rating...can you help me with another problem...when I try to buy more bandwith it won't open the payment source box on the pop up with I click it with the mouse...nada...just a black space.
What do I do now??

Very reliable service. I also once contacted their service support and i got a quick feedback explaining the issue was not from their side but from my isp. They provided an easy and functional solution. Been using nitroflare for years now and my subscription is still long term.

In 4 years of subscription I have not experienced any failure or setback in the service. The bandwidth offered by the service is enormous. Excellent in all aspects. I will continue.

I regret very much that Nitroflare removes files much earlier (years) then alternative providers with the excuse: "This file was removed due to inactivity". I suspect that this is purely for saving space and not for serving customers.

Nitroflare is a pretty good hoster, works well and quickly.
The honest reason that I dropped a star was not because of Nitroflare, but the ISP's who block Nitroflare. You have to use a VPN to gain access then no problems, still quick, depending on your VPN of course.

Always perfect speed and services since ages !!

For my part, i think it's a lil bit expensive compare to others sharing files website but still the best anyway...

Maybe 35€ less for an entire year contrat can be good ;)
