We completely understand your frustration, especially as you paid for next-day delivery. Upon reviewing this, the carrier did attempt delivery on the expected day but unfortunately was unable to complete it as no one was available, and a calling card was left.
That said, we appreciate that the final delivery taking three days is not the experience you expected or that we aim to provide. We are currently reviewing this with our delivery partner to help prevent similar situations in the future.

I ordered compostable plates online, three weeks in advance of a surprise birthday party for my partner. They were a bit more expensive than other sites but I took heart in the fact this is an Irish company. Sadly, the plates never arrived. I rang customer service and a very helpful girl told me they hadn’t yet arrived from the UK. I feel that customers shouldn’t be led to buy products online if they are in fact out of stock. It’s just misleading and disappointing. To her credit the girl on the phone helped me pick out some alternatives which are now apparently on the way. But it’s the eve of the party and I could have done without this stress.

Shipping times not reliable
I ordered two weeks ago. I was aware some items are available right away, others had a 5 to 8 working days timeline on them. Now, over two weeks after ordering only half the order was delivered. The other half wasn't even shipped. I had no communication from Nisbets, reached out and was told the articles are coming from their UK warehouse to the Irish one and will then be shipped to me and that can take up to three weeks. Nisbets offered to cancel and refund the order. That's fair but a better communication would have been preferred.
