Overall a good experience. Easy-to-use site, decent price for scarce product here in the UK. Inexpensive delivery fee too given it came from the US.

My one gripe is that the Payments Policy page states that PayPal is a featured payment method yet it wasn't available on checkout.

when buying from NinthAvenue.de one expects the goods to be supplied from Germany which avoids any import duties, there was no information that my purchase was to be imported from the USA and that duty would be charged before I accepted the goods.
Purchasers should be made aware that import duties may charged.

I ordered an epilady almost a month ago they sent me tracking details and when I try to track it it says registered but not received yet. So I contacted them and they said they sent a replacement order with asendia, same thing happened. It seems they are registering the shipment with the courier service but not sending the actual package. Seems like a scam to me. The customer service has been very nice but it seems that they are just placating me. I have asked for a refund and they are just fobbing me off saying they will check with the logistics dept. I dont want to hear anymore excuses. I WANT A REFUND!
