I recently got the Ninja Air Fryer 10.4L, and I have to say—it’s absolutely top class! Every euro spent is worth it. The performance, versatility, and build quality are outstanding. From crispy fries to tender meats, everything comes out perfectly cooked every time. I’m so impressed that I’m already planning to buy more products from Ninja. Highly recommend!

My air fryer stopped working the night before last. I contacted Ninja by phone at 3.00pm yesterday. At 12.45 today I received a replacement machine. Less than 24 hours. I don't think service like that can be beaten.

The delivery was super fast and so far I am happy with the product. It is super fast and cooks delicious

I have not received my good yet. It had been a week. Nobody informed me abiut the delay. I could not reach the DHL. When I follow the good via shipment number, it is still waiting.

I have a Ninja multicooker and my flawless experience with that machine convinced me to buy the Ninja IQ BN800. Unfortunately, what I’ve experienced since then is constant frustration with the Pro Extractor blade. The original stiffened and produced smoke, the replacement leaked a brown oily liquid, and now I’m already searching for another replacement. The motor itself is powerful and solid, but the poor quality of the blade assemblies makes the whole product unreliable. For such an otherwise well-built machine, the weak and short-lived components are extremely disappointing.

Removing the abundance of stickers on the machine leaves scratches and glue residue! Absolutely insane, have not even turned it on and already ordered replacement parts (at my cost)! Hope they come without stickers plastered all over the parts!
