This is the second time I am ordering the item Nillkin CLRFilm Camera Tempered Glass for iPhone 15 Plus 6.7 (iPhone 15+) (2023), and they had sent the wrong again. Plus I had to pay extra charges for tax sending via Brussels. I tried to send an email, nobody cares nobody seems to exist. And I am really sceptical about who is behind this company Nilkin when every time, the sender is someone else every time. Once it was from Russia, another was from China, another was from Brussels, another was from Germany. They are good products, but the customer experience and service is so unprofessional. Last time I am ordering and I have been ordering the last 12 years... and I do not feel sad about it. The will not give any returns nor they will answer any emails. There are other better companies, try them first.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is sent from China but if for some reason it isn’t right THEY WIL NOT REFUND YOU UNLESS YOU PAY FOR THE RETURN TO CHINA! They quickly offer you 10% back hoping you take that. If you say no they quickly offer you 15% but will not offer help to return - you pay for all of it.

Fake 60 day refund guarantee.

Delayed replying to my email for 2 weeks.

Made me send photos, videos and wasted time until they just decided "you can't return it's been more than 30 days".

Product is in brand new condition, will submit formal complaints.

I finally received the case for my Pixel 7 from you yesterday. I've been using Nillkin products for years and recommended this company to my friends; but still I'm surprised with the thoughtful and precise design of the case, and not only that but also perfect dimensions and cutouts to the extent one might wonder if the case was designed for the phone or vice versa. I was expecting it to be good, but not THAT good :) You are the best! Totally worth the wait. Thank you so much!

I have recently dropped my Xaomi 11t Pro from a height of about 2 meters onto concrete.

I am happy to report that no damage was caused to the Xiaomi phone and only slight damage to the Nillkin case!

They refuse to publish anything but 5-star product reviews on their website, no matter how balanced or objective the review is. They're denying customers access to user experiences, which can only mean one thing.

Ordered one case on 21 July 2023. Still have yet to receive despite their shipping policy staring delivery will be made within 5 working days from date of payment. No communication gotten from regarding my order complete and utter silence. Feels like I got scammed

They will destroy your order if somehow you don't get it. And you won't get refunded even for the product value. Obviously they won't destroy an unused product. They'll just keep it and keep the money too.
They send everything from China which would not be a problem if they actually complied with european laws to make it easy for you. They don't send the documentation, they won't prepay customs to trick you into buying them the products.
There's not much to be said, except "DO NOT BUY HERE". Can't be easier than that. Hope you read this before buying and not after buying.

Bought 2 cases for my Poco F2 Pro.

They both failed with the exact same fault - the part over the power button fell off, making it impossible to use this button anymore (without a pencil or something to poke it).

Design flaw as there's a tiny piece of the case holding this button which just snaps after repeated pushes (the plastic bends I guess it eventually gives way, as this case is made from a hard plastic).

One lasted 1 year, the other 3 months.

Other than that the case was fine, very grippy and smart looking.

Can't recommend due to this showstopper issue.
