Good communications prior to and during…
Good communications prior to and during the course. The course materials were presented and taught by an experienced teacher, who has very in depth knowledge ,he presents the information in a fun and interactive manner. I have now taken and passed multiple courses and qualifications with NILC, would recommend for your training needs.

Perks of training with NILC!
Quick background info-dump as exposition - made redundant, got a pay-off, had a few months to kick around ideas. Was told I'd make a half-way decent Project Manager so I looked into courses. Kelly Smith (angel) from Careers Wales in Bridgend put me on to Karim at NILC Newport who was so very helpful and booked me onto a package deal whereby I was able to attend the Agile PM Foundation & Practitioner course AND the MS Project course, all funded by ReAct+ (only available in Wales, sorry). The course manual arrived for pre-reading, I got the zoom links ahead of time, and was gently reminded a few times in the lead up to kick off. I will say that the manual (nothing to do with NILC) is some seriously tedious BS, but our trainer the ever entertaining Tony Perks, made light work of the jargon and took us through the fundamentals and application of the knowledge with wit and elan. It was a pleasure to be online all day! Plus I passed both exams, so he must have been doing something right! Top company, top fellas, top marks. Bravo NILC.

Just completed the AgilePm Foundation and Practitioner courses through N.I.L.C. Fantastic service from everyone throughout the whole process. Would thoroughly recommend N.I.L.C for anybody seeking to enhance their career by doing some additional training courses. They have been excellent at every stage and helpful in resolving any questions.

Communication and information emailed through with instructions as what is happening next and how to join the virtual course.
Julie Jones my tutor was excellent, in the way she taught the course and the exam. Very friendly and professional at the same time and praised my accomplishment.
