I couldn’t figure it out

I couldn’t figure it out. They say you can pick your own meat but when I picked the small box, it goes straight to checkout…how do I know what I’m buying?? And why does it go straight to checkout if you’re allowed to pick what you want! Not for me. I’m all about easy, and this is not.

Utterly shocking

Utterly shocking. Came here for my birthday on Saturday with a group of 14 people which they had plenty of notice for.

When we arrived the place was an absolute ghost town which already raised concerns.

After being seated we ordered our cocktails to which the staff told us nearly half the cocktails menu they couldn’t make and there was lots of food we couldn’t order on the menu as it wasn’t available.

My friend was sitting on a chair which one of the legs were loose and came off out of no where and could have resulted in serious injury.

A few minutes later there was an AWFUL stench of sewage coming from the downstairs area which was horrendous. We made a complaint and the staff said yes they had some people come in earlier that day to do some work but still ignorantly decided to seat us near it!!!! We asked to move and was reseated into the garden outdoor area.

The starters came out just about warm and the service to receive our drinks throughout the night was excessively slow baring in mind we were the ONLY ones in the restaurant the entire evening from 7:30PM till late!

I totally would not recommend coming here as it was an awful experience. I had majority of my friends travel from far to visit the area and was totally embarrassed by Niku therefore I myself will not be returning again.

We went for a drag bottomless brunch…

We went for a drag bottomless brunch except there was no drag act! We weren’t telephoned to advise the act had cancelled! So as it was a friend’s birthday we were stuck at 2 in the afternoon! We were told they’d make it the best they could but where we were seated there was no music, no nothing! They should have at least called! We were told they emailed, there was no email! I’m giving a 2 * because the young waiter was very good and the food was okay. Very disappointing!

AWFUL PLACE RATHER GO TO WEATHERSPOONS!

AWFUL PLACE RATHER GO TO WEATHERSPOONS!
Brought my ticket weeks in advanced, arrived at Niku an hour before the doors shut. Myself and 6 girls came for a great night out, however this ended very fast. 2 of my friends where aloud into the bar without being ID these where both 20, then myself and my other three friends where then asked for identification when shown I was told I was under 18. Even though my identification proved I was 20 years old. The bouncer was very rude and intimidating, as well as a lady on the door. I was shouted at, more girls and boys arrived however where not asked for any type of identification. I felt very discriminated to be left on the street in the pouring rain, when I had paid for the event prior. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Appalled is all i can say

Appalled is all i can say! the people on the door abused their power and i will be taking this further to the SIA, they "head doorman" was rude, sexist and very threatening. Not only does this place Allow under aged girls to illegally drink, they also discriminate. out of a group of 20 me and friend was the only ones asked for id, which was fine as we was both 20, however in the group they allowed in was 4 17 year olds, after being refused entry because it is for 21's over only, which is totally fine i then said to the doorman how is it fair you randomly picked me and my friend out and allowed the rest of the girls to go in, with that he said because you both look under 21 following that i said well you have just let 4 17 year olds in without checking their ids, and he said they look older than 21, he then told me now they are in there is nothing he can do. it is a very big coincidence that they allowed the underaged girls in that was wearing very short dresses and not me and my friend who wasn't dressed like a tart.

Tickets for brunch said they start at…

Tickets for brunch said they start at 3pm. We arrived at 2.50. They did not have our table booking. Stuck us in a corner and told us the unlimited Prosecco had finished. We got told we could have a refund and we left. And now they won’t refund us. Nowhere did it tell us that we had to be there At 2pm for the drinks. Awful service. AVOID.
