Bad customer service. It has taken 2 weeks for my order to arrive. Really unhelpful when asked questions about the product and delivery timeframe. I was told 3 working days and now they tell me it could be over 5 working days, not happy!

Took over a month for this cheaply…
Took over a month for this cheaply made, terribly done case to arrive. When I inquired about my order with customer service, I was told that I was supposed to pay extra in order to receive a tracking number! So one day it randomly shows up to my house. Glad I only spent $22 bucks, but I’ll stay away from them from now on

Extremely disappointed with this company!!!
I have recieved my phone case that is very over priced and super thin. I ordered a extra tough case, which cost an extra $30. I did not recieve this order.
I got the top slim case.
I have tried to contact them via Instagram message and email and I am yet to hear back. Which I am thinking i will not be receiving the rest of my order. Super disappointed and a complete waste of money!!!

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I just received my 3 covers and they are horrendous. The quality of them isn’t acceptable. Durability, color, sizing & style is nothing like they advertise.
So disappointed for the money I paid.

Never received my order
I never received my cover. One month after I ordered my cover, I still haven't received it. Then I contacted Nievus, and after a long conversation (they only reply once a day), they said they would send a new cover. After a week, they said that they have sent a new cover, which I never received. Two month after the first order, to missing parcels, I got my refund.

Not again
I ordered an iPhone cover, and got it with the wrong two letters on it.
I asked for either a refund or a new correct cover, but even though they promised me to send one, I never received it.
I then kept using the cover with the wrong letters, but I it started to crack multiple places by the edge, and I have never even dropped my phone in the cover.
Not a good experience.
