Order never got shipped.
I waited for this company to stock cases for the 17 pro max and I then ordered on the 16th June, it's now the 1st of July and it still says they're prepping the order. I've emailed 3 times and got no reply, I also tried to gain contact with the company via instagram and facebook but no reply. Luckily I made the payment through zilch who have now refunded my order, won't be using Nievus again.
Do not use this company
I ordered a christmas gift for someone, which stated 3-5days delivery, it has now been almost 5 weeks. I have messaged, and emailed 5 times and had no response whatsoever. My order is showing as paid, and unfulfilled! I would advise to not use this company.

Still waiting on my order for a phone case ! By the time it arrives I will be needing an upgrade. Been in touch with customer service only to be told the first case had been “lost in transit” and so they said that they would send me another one with a tracking code that doesn’t work. If you are going to order use PayPal payment as that might be safer or better still another company!!
Edited to add… Case arrived this morning. Turns out I was lied to about dispatch! Case is nice but nothing special and my phone slightly moves around in it. Not good really considering the amount that was paid! At least it’s here but I wouldn’t ordered anything from this company again!!!

Ordered on 4th July, received case on 15th July (was supposedly shipped on 11th July, when I emailed on the Thursday for tracking they said they couldn’t track it. Mysteriously appears on 15th July with something cut off the slip) to me looks like it wasn’t posted until after I messaged!
And even better they sent me the wrong case. Replacement case was sent out on 18th July still nothing emails getting ignored! Absolutely sham of a company happy to take peoples money but don’t correct things when they make mistakes.

Very disappointed, I am still waiting for the phone case and the replacement which were both supposedly sent a month ago. No reply from customer service anymore….

Delivery took longer than expected. Paid extra for tracked shipping but received no tracking number in my dispatch email. (I had to email customer service multiple times to get a dispatch email as it was) and when I enquired about this I was told I would receive a tracking number in a separate email shortly after but I never received it. My cases arrived today April 22nd, I ordered on April 5th. One of them was slightly hard to get onto my phone but it did go on eventually and looks nice. Customer service is practically non existent- I sent maybe 15 dms/emails because they would not respond and got about 3 responses. Despite all this I am happy with the cases, they are good quality and look the same as advertised.

Was contacted by a very helpful lady named Lauren who got my order sent out again for me as a replacement. She sent them 1st class and i received them the next day! Very pleased as the cases are stunning i love them! Thanks so much Lauren for sorting this out! You’re a star xxx
Haven’t received my order. I’ve sent multiples emails to which I’ve had one reply asking for my address and nothing since then! I’ve sent messages on instagram and got no reply. I commented on an instagram post to which they deleted my comment and made the post unavailable to comment on. This really isn’t fair. I paid £30 and got no items to show for it? I will be contacting trading standards. This is theft. You’ve taken my money and not even given me what I’ve paid for. I’m so unhappy and angry.

I’m honestly so disappointed and I hate that I wasted my money for nothing.
always my favourite cases
always my favourite cases, I've had three so far and this time I got an extra tough. Bit thicker to what I'm used to but I've always had the glossy thinner case. So protective and loveeee my pink design, sure I'll be buying another when I get my new phone hahaha, Thank you!!!
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service, placed an order 3 weeks ago and still not received. Tried emailing/Instagram/Facebook and no one is replying to any messages.
Shipping took 2 months and terrible quality
Shipping took 2 months to Australia. The phone case quality is terrible, I paid $100 AUD for 3 phone cases I only had one personalised so for the price I expected a lot more from them. Their easily breakable it’s made out of a hard plastic thin shell. They’re only good for photos.
