I have placed an order on the 12th of November 2021. More than 6 weeks later, nothing arrived. I have asked for a refund 2 weeks ago but advised they can't refund me until the items arrived. Blames the post...poor service!

The prices were really good and I liked the variety. The delivery was supposed to take 2-4 working days but it took a week and a half. I wrote 2 email and received 0 responses from the cx service team. I received a free sample in my order which was a nice surprise.
