Mailed to an incorrect address
My order was sent out with the wrong zip code. When I reached out customer service by email, I sent the correct address. They resent the order to the wrong zip even though I sent the correct address. I then called in and the rep that answered the phone wanted to argue with me before reading the email chain. Finally, the best they could offer was to refund me and have me order again. But do I want to start this two week process again?
