I was searching for Phlur body mists and Niche-beauy had some great options and free shipping above 45,95 euro to my country. I heard only good things about the site, so I decided to purchase. When registering I was offered to join the Club, which I did, because earning points and saving is always great. I was pleasantly surprised by the option to get a welcome box full of goodies for free. The shipping was fast and packaging amazing. I am very satisfied with my order and my welcome box and will definitely purchase again.

I never received my order. NICHE BEAUTY evaded my requests for a refund for the undelivered goods for nearly two months. The matter was only resolved when I contacted the DOUGLAS Group headquarters. Within 24 hours of forwarding them the email trail evidencing the NICHE BEAUTY behaviours, a refund was issued. I suspect other reviewers may be correct in identifying a scam by NICHE BEAUTY that the DOUGLAS Group are keen to distance themselves from.

Shipping very slow. Ordered on Monday, the package hasn’t moved out of Germany by today (Saturday).

DO NOT buy from Niche Beauty.

They sold me an item that was not in stock. Instead of issuing a refund, they tried to make it look like my order had been delivered by providing PayPal with a tracking number, but that tracking only corresponded to free samples, not the actual product I paid for.

Even after admitting by email that the item was out of stock, they continued to use that misleading tracking information in the PayPal dispute. As a result, my first case was wrongly closed in their favor.

They also ignored my emails and only replied when I escalated the situation through PayPal. I had to reopen the case, go to the police, file a report, and only then did PayPal rule in my favor (a month later). Throughout this, Niche Beauty kept presenting the same misleading tracking to try to close the case in their favor. If I hadn’t gone to the police, they would have kept the money.

This is outright fraud. If you value your time and money, stay away.

HORRIBLE. I placed a significant order on 18th Feb, it’s just marked one month without even providing a tracking number. Obviously it hasn’t even been dispatched. Useless customer service they’ve completely cut communication with me.
Everyone please take below actions so that we can prevent this company stealing from people and most importantly stop this scam business.

Make a complaint to the German and EU authorities and also to the antitrust.
Also, report Niche Beauty’s suspicious financial activity to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).

I’ve already done it so the more cases gets to them the better chance of closing this junk business.

I have placed two separate orders with this store, and neither of them has been delivered.

The first order (placed on January 31) was never received, and I received no meaningful response from support.

The second order (placed on March 12) has also not been delivered, with no shipping confirmation or tracking information provided.

At this point, this is no longer a one-time issue but a pattern. The lack of communication and failure to fulfill orders raises serious concerns about the reliability of this store.

Extremely slow shipping. A week and not yet even dispatched. Yet to get a response from the customer support team.

I have purchased an item from these guys on March 3rd. They send me a tracking number that is probably invalid in any relevant courier tracking service (even global-e) and there is no way to communicate with them in their help/contact page

Update Mar-20 : received finally the package through DHL with a different tracking number. your associate global-e was not helpful at all

I would give 0 if I can, I feel angry and scammed, my package arrived today EMPTY, I wish I read all this comments before I ordered. It supposed to be gift for my moms birthday and all I got was disappointment. You cant even find their contact number to speak with customer service, they have ridiculous whatsapp bot that stopped replying when I asked for customer service number, I sent them email, I wrote them on Instagram page

My package was severely damaged when the courier delivered it to me. Instead of the seven products I ordered, there were only two in the box. Five were missing, and two were broken. The broken products emitted an unpleasant odor that dried out my mucous membranes. I had to quickly dispose of this garbage. Most likely, someone broke into my package during transportation and stole the contents. Or maybe Niche Beauty did this on purpose to steal my money and blame it on me. There are so many negative reviews here from people with similar situations.
This all happened a week ago, and I immediately sent a photo to customer support. They responded very slowly and weren't particularly interested in helping me. It's such a shame I didn't listen to the negative reviews and ordered from them. I really want to receive a proper package, the one I paid my hard-earned money for, not this garbage. The delivery times take approximately 6-10 days (this is based on multiple orders placed and all received in that timeframe) while they claim "FAST DELIVERY - 2-4 working days delivery time", which is dishonest. As for the e-comm experience: displaying out of stock items next to in-stock items is visual clutter, and is terrible UX. Lack of gift cards for an e-comm site is another terrible decision. Another major UX flaw is the loyalty page /the-club. Promotions presentation and the "gift" are poorly presented and it takes a while to figure what can be claimed when.

My complaint was finally resolved - After several useless e-mails and two negative reviews - and actually they sent me the promo gift I was not sent before... Niche-beauty beauty, that's what your costumers want - real actions instead of just words of sorry all the time and making up excuses for not keeping your promises. Thank you and wish you too continue this path!

This was my first time ordering from Niche-Beauty.com, and the experience was very positive. My order was delivered to Prague by express courier in just four days, which was faster than I expected.
Everything in the package matched the order perfectly, and the products were carefully packed. I also placed the order during a holiday promotion with a 25% discount, which made the purchase even more worthwhile. What impressed me the most was the welcome bonus. Along with my order, I received two full-size products and several samples that were clearly selected according to my skincare needs. It felt thoughtful and very well curated. For a first order, the whole process was convenient, fast, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I would definitely order again.
