Wrong item sent
Earlier today I received my order and to my surprise I received the different refill of Cle de Peau eyeshadow quad. I thought I was purchasing the Holiday 2025 eyeshadow quad according to a picture on the Niche Beauty website.
Not knowing that my order was messed up, I opened the cellophane cover of the product and the paper box the refill comes in. I realized that the mistake with my order was made and did not proceed to open the plastic refill holder.
It is an obvious mistake prompted either by incorrect product representation on the Niche Beauty website or a glitch of the fulfillment department.
I don’t have an intention of keeping the wrong item, therefore please advise how I can return the wrong product and receive a refund.
Update: The issue has been resolved. I received a full refund. Thanks

Beware! Niche Beauty appears to be selling bottles that contain much less than promised.....by the brand of Honey (with a lovely story, but oh so deceiving as they don't answer on my complains/with picture). In the meantime I have bought more bottles at different places; same story; contains much less.

Order dispatched very late...these things happen...but no communication in time for me to buy something else for birthday gift. CS replies didn't address the issue. Order finally arrived, well past time stated. No apology, and small discount offered on next order. Would have preferred small....or reasonable....discount on late order, to offset having to find something else at short notice. Doubt I will buy from Niche again.

Be weary of this company!
Please be weary when purchasing from this company if you're in the U.S. My package was supposedly delivered by DHL on the 16th of October, and under signature it simply says "FRONT DOOR". This company and DHL keep saying THAT is "proof of delivery", but have not given me an actual signature, photo of it on MY doorstep or geo tracking of the vehicle that delivered it. All the while it's still "pre-shipment" on USPS Informed Delivery. Customer Service has been NO help. It now seems I'm just out $420!

Very poor customer experience
Very poor customer experience. I tried to pay with a gift card (which is basically money), but when adding it as a “voucher”, before the payment screen, the system recalculates the shipping fee, and if the total drops below €50, they charge you for shipping. No other retailers do this, as a gift card is a form of payment, not a voucher.

Beware of shipments to Spain
I ordered and paid a shipment by DHL to Spain. Either Niche Beauty or DHL didn’t provide the Spanish courier CTT Express with my phone number. This implied me driving and losing 1.5 hours in picking up the parcel myself at CTT premises outside Madrid city center. Poor customer service at Niche suggesting a reimbursement. They do collect the shipment fee “via DHL” though!

OLD REVIEW:
Every time I order from Niche Beauty, I need to chase the delivery company as the address information is not registered fully. This time it went the extra mile and my 200eur delivery dropped on the old address where I didn’t live for more than a year. Once I log in to the Niche-Beauty account, I clearly see that there is only the current address provided, but the delivery was dropped at the old address, probably saved in their system.

This was my first order on this site. I ordered the Charlotte Tilbury powder, Hourglass palette and Hourglass brush. The package arrived in terrible condition. The powder and palette were smashed to smithereens, and the brush was badly dented and stained with an incomprehensible sticky liquid.After my hands came into contact with these products, I started having terrible allergies all over my body. There may have been liquid or dust in the box that caused the allergy. I immediately went to the doctor, and I was diagnosed with Quincke's edema. I had never experienced allergies in my life before this moment. I am currently undergoing treatment at the hospital. The doctor forbade me to touch this cosmetics, otherwise it could be fatal.I immediately reported this to niche beauty support team, but they were indifferent and refused to help. I want the owner of this store to see this review and contact me! You're being very mean to your customers!
