Stunning earrings, 2nd pair already ordered
I ordered the hydrangea earrings after seeing the company discussed on a YouTube channel (Alex Collins) they are stunning and I love them so much that I have ordered a 2nd pair in the cinnamon colour.

I ordered a pair of earrings from this…
I ordered a pair of earrings from this shop, opened the package for about 5 minutes just to try them on, and carefully put them back exactly as they were. I am a very responsible customer and made sure they were in perfect condition before returning them.
The company later claimed there were “visible signs of wearing” and refused to refund me, which is simply not true. The earrings were practically new. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and would not recommend this store based on my experience.

As outlined clearly in our returns policy, for hygiene reasons earrings must be returned in their original condition and unworn. This includes not being tried on.
In your review you mention that the earrings were opened and tried on before being returned. Unfortunately, once earrings have been tried on, we are unable to resell them and therefore cannot accept them back for a refund. This policy is applied consistently to all customers to ensure hygiene standards are maintained and are stated on the packing slip that arrives with your order.
We understand this may not be the outcome you hoped for, but our decision was based strictly on our published policy and the condition of the items upon return.
If you would like the earrings sent back to you, please contact us directly and we will be happy to arrange this.

I recently ordered some jewellery from the Hydrangea collection at Nice Cream London after seeing it on one of my fave influencers. The shopping experience was great from start to finish, I can’t recommend the brand enough! The pieces are unique, well made, and feel really special — you can tell a lot of care goes into the design and quality, as well as the customer service. Everything arrived exactly as expected and was packaged beautifully too. I’ve had so many compliments already and have already purchased again for gifts and myself.

I bought some jewellery for my girlfriend and accidentally ordered the wrong thing. Customer service was really quick to respond, they organised an exchange speedily and helped me to get everything in time for her birthday. She loves the pieces too. I would order again.

10/10 Customer Service
I had the pleasure of working with Aaron from customer service over the past three weeks. I had made a mistake with my shipping information, and my package was returned, especially complicated since I had placed the order from outside the country. Aaron dedicated weeks to locating the package and ensuring it was reshipped exactly where it needed to go for my new address.
He stayed in contact with me almost every day, providing updates and making sure everything was handled correctly. His customer service is truly 10/10, and he was always prompt and professional in his responses. I will absolutely be ordering another gift for my wife, and now that I’m back in the States, the shipping is very reasonable too.

Cheap/poor quality jewlery, terrible customer service
My wife bought earrings and a necklace for our upcoming wedding and had an allergic reaction. They agreed for her to return the items, knowing she only tried on the necklace. She paid for return shipping and they lied and said the jewelry was used which was a flat out lie. Customer service is horrible and the quality of their jewelry is so poor. I promise you you will find the exact same quality jewelry off Amazon for a quarter of the price. Its literally overpriced, cheap jewlery that they try to advertise as otherwise using social media. Don't fall for this scam. Trust me, your better of spending your money elsewhere.

We apply our policies consistently and fairly for every customer, and we do not make exceptions that compromise those standards. As mentioned previously, the items can be returned to you once postage is paid, or securely disposed of at your request. We will also provide all documentation to your card provider should a dispute be raised so that they can make an independent decision.
