Totally different from a kind of profiling bed. It is good for healthy old people but definitely unadvisable for disabled people.

I have just received a call from Niagara. The lady was very nice but how did she know my name?

Just received a cold call from this company, the woman on the phone was rude and hung up when I wouldn't provide any details to her. Not the actions of a reputable company.

Powerful machine the old chrome finish machines endured for decades,many still do. Modern plastic version and pad expensive,frequently the body cracks on the hand held particularly where the case retaining screws are near the domed end of the machines, many offered on Ebay have this issue,taken appart clear to see why . They no longer supply the toothed rubber attachment the person I spoke to (after they failed to reply to an email) said he did not know why. Concave head rubbed replacement attachements over £10 plus delivery.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I purchased one of their chairs during lockdown that has been faulty since the day I bought it. It’s been dealt with multiple times and the faults never fixed correctly. Now it’s out of warranty all this company want is £££ before they even look at it. I have sent registered letters to their directors and not one of them answered. I have had cancer and am left with very little energy to deal with it. The company have turned their backs on the chair, leaving me with a VERY EXPENSIVE mistake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. No duty of care whatsoever. All they want is your money. It’s bordering on a scam. AVOID.

I have had a therapy pad for 45 years and during that time I have used the pad multiple times with positive results . I am now at an age 81 years ,where i constantly use the therapy pad ,every day for knee arthritis , back muscle spasm, I can only speak for myself ,this cyclone pad helps my condtion 100% ,it is not a cure ,but without it I would not be able to walk, I wrote this review on the 2nd of November 2025 .

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid £4400 for an equine back massager and human one and they did not send a charger. This was in July and it is now mid-September and despite numerous messages, calls and email to them I still do not have a charger and they are not processing a refund. Apauling customer service!

Update to my review of this awful company. As expected they asked for more details regarding my complaint, when they already had the details (my surname is not particularly common and there couldn't have been many people with the same name ordering the same Ascot chair 3 years ago). However I provided them. Surprise surprise I received an email back from a supposed " Customer service administrator"reiterating exactly what I'd said in my complaint? I said what was the point in telling me this as I already knew all that detail and was no answer to their poor service. It concluded by saying they'd be happy to send out an engineer again at their exorbitant call -out charge. Too late!!!! The chair has been repaired by a good company at a charge for call-out and repair totalling less than this charge, plus if Niagara's repair was as good as their last one it would have been a complete waste of my time and money.

No response to my review. Typifies their lacklustre after sales service. I've just had a company round called Emmiera to repair the chair they charged £84 for a call out and repaired the chair on the first visit at a charge of £64 bit different to Niagara who wanted to charge nearly £200 just to come and have a look!!! Again avoid Niagara at all cost.

Awful post sales care to a bereaved family. They refused to send us instructions to dismantle a therapy bed following the death of my sister. They said they won’t do it or have any instructions available, I even asked for assembly instructions, they would not provide them

Terrible company that prey on the elderly. Sold a £5,000 finance deal to an 81 lady that can't afford it! They gained entry to her property and refused to leave without a signature on an unwanted contract. She already has their beds and was told that she "needed an upgrade" despite there being nothing wrong with her bed!!!

Outrageous

Purchased a new chair. Terrible cheap fabric. It’s only a couple of years old but looks so worn already. After sales service? There isn’t any! Do not return your calls or send emails as promised. Would definitely look elsewhere for a massage chair. There are so many more on the market,that are a lot cheaper and I am sure last a lot longer.

Poor experience from this company, and their group company Adjustamatic.

Delivery was delayed by 1.5 hours and the bed had bent legs.

The delay had a huge impact on my evening and I had to arrange emergency childcare.

I requested a monetary goodwill for the inconvenience but they refused and offered collection for the bed.

I have tried to ask them to see the logic that a collection would cost them a sale and it would cost more than a goodwill offer.

I have now contacted the Directors to see if they can salvage any type of relationship.

I have waited several months before reviewing so that I could see how much benefit I have received.
I am pleased to say it has made a significant difference to the pain levels in my knees and legs, which is the main reason I invested in a pad. I have not visited my osteopath or masseuse since using it, and I was going to both, every three weeks.
It also settles down my carpal tunnel numbness, and is easing the pain and stiffness in my daughter's fingers when her psyoratic arthritis flares.
The product was demonstrated thoroughly and well and I was given clear instructions on how to use it. I also had the salesman's phone number for any further queries, and he always called back the same day.
I am delighted with the results and feel it is worth the money, in the pain relthat it gives, and in the savings I make in no longer needing the regular services of other professionals.
My experience has been very different to others who have reviewed on here, and I hope I have balanced the views a little.

I worked for this company several years ago, selling their products and not until I began demonstrating to customers, and using the product myself, did I have a clue just how good this therapy was. Ive been reading the reviews which are such an injustice and am writing tis for people in pain to hear the reasons why it can relieve symptoms for so many debilitating inflammatory conditions, Please note!. I no longer have any connection to the company or anyone connected to them and I am not being paid to write this. Dont take my word for it, this therapy has class IIA status which means it has been through laboratory controlled medical trials to prove its efficacy. When sold directly to the public however, it is sold by non medical sales people who by law are restricted about making any medical claims meaning it ends up being perceived as just another massage device. When I began demonstrating the therapy to clients I was so amazed at the before and after results that I wanted to understand for myself scientifically why it worked so effectively and studied the medical data on the product I learned that all blood vessels have a lining called the endothelium, which have endothelial cells which when stimulated by this cycloidal massage produce a gas called nitric oxide a natural but transient gas our own cells produce which is in abundance when we are young and active but less so due to sitting in offices/driving jobs limiting its abundance without regular exercise.This gas is is antiflammatory providing pain relief, improves joint mobility as well as increasing the circulation by up to 23 pc. By using the device every day the effects are cumulative helping relieve the symptoms of arthritis and many other inflammatory conditions. It is my understanding that if the fluid from inflammation isnt pushed out through the lymphatic system( which works more efficiently when you are active,) the swelling can end up stuck in joints and over time jellifies/then crystalises which ends up grinding down the bone/cartilege resulting in someone needing a new hip or knee joint.. I have a very enduring memory of a lovely elderly I was appointed to visit who due to a stroke down one side of his body lost all the feeling in one arm and his fingers were so curled into a fist in his hand his nails were literally growing into his palm.I Instinctively took the handset and pushed the nozzle of the unit into the top of his closed fist and we both watched as the miraculous effects of nitric oxide in his own body enabled him to relax his fist/ fingers to separate his fingernails from gouging into his palm which took about 5 minutes! He and I both reckoned that if he continued to use the device every day his condition had to improve because the effects, according to the clinical trials are cumulative. For about 400 pounds for a handset he was so happy we both cried. . I have many lovely memories of similar transformations where before the therapy demonstration the customer could barely their legs 2 inches off the ground, but after using the therapy on them were lifting them10 inches!! If family members were present they could see themselves the transformation and the product sold itself and they wanted to know how soon they could have an affordable device for a loved one. Why dont I work for them any longer? , simple economics... I only worked for them for a few months the company was lovely and had a great team spirit, but I just couldnt earn enough money to make it viable mainly due to not getting enough quality leads . There appeared to be a pecking order of sales lead handouts and I seemed to get too many weak leads in the least affluent areas but I witnessed miracle results for many people and I am so grateful for the chance it gave me to find a really useful practical device that I still use regularly and often loan out to family and friends in need of pain relief or are suffering with a muscular/skeletal injury as it not only takes the pain and inflammation away but speeds up the healing. Massage is the oldest form of medical treatment in the world and sports physios also use these products because it goes deep into the tissue that a normal massage would take hours to achieve.It is just an old fashioned tried and tested product which doesnt get the recognition it truly deserves. If I had given e review 2 months ago I would have given 5 stars. My husband and I have been using ajustamatic beds for over 30 years from Niagara. I decided this time that I didn't need the vibration or massage. Just wanted the basic reclining bed which cost me nearly £4,000
I telephoned the company 2 to 3 weeks after receiving my bed. My complaint was the mattress was too soft. I felt that I was sitting in a hole when I had the top of the bed up. Also I have difficulty turning over as I am sinking into the mattress. The lady that I spoke to at Niagara her answer to me was that I was too late getting in touch with my complaint. She said
that I should have complained within 2 weeks .She did check if that was the firmest mattress, she suggested that I get a mattress topper. These beds have always had a firm mattress, why have they changed them. I have given a better bed away than I have now. I lost my husband and decided that now I didn't have the two beds together I found it was too narrow (2ft 6 ins) I only changed because I wanted a bigger bed. I am very disappointed with this bed. This is the 5 th bed we have bought from Niagara and will certainly not recommend.
