Easy and convenient online purchase. When it comes to mattresses my personal preference would be go to the store and lay down on display mattresses. Base off reviews it’s a good mattress for back pain.

Undelivered / Lost MacBook Pro
I ordered a laptop from Nebraska Furniture Mart on October 1,2026. The package arrived October 3 as promised, unfortunately, there was no computer in the box. It contained several women's clothes.
I immediately contacted NFM spoke to three gentlemen, Marcus and Jason (manager) and they both said that I need to file a claim with FedEx ( their delivery service company). I asked both of these employees "If it is the failure of your delivery service, why should I (your customer), be responsible for fixing the problem?" Their response was "it's company policy".
I tried to file a claim on the FedEx website but it was not accepted. The message on the FedEx website stated "claims cannot be filed by recipients; claims must be filed by shippers". I then called NFM again and spoke to a person name DAVID. After explaining to David the message that I got from the FedEx website, David's response was "Oh that makes sense".
David then put me on hold because "he needed to talk to his collogues". After several minutes of waiting being on hold, David came back and said "This is going to take longer that I expected, I have to call you back"
No calls from David and today is October 15, David still has not communicated with me.
Be very careful with who you do business with. NEBRASKA FURNITURE MART and FEDEX are not the most reliable businesses around.
