WONDERFUL

No matter who we talk too, they are very kind to us, and we are very happy to have you.

Bait & Switch

I was told, when I received an unsolicited phone call, that this was NOT a debt consolidation company but rather as US assistance program to erase debt completely.
Then the call was transferred to an agent & I found they misrepresented themselves. The classic bait & switch. Dishonest people are those who will never see a cent of my money.

Working with Steven

Started working on the phone on October 23 2025 with Steven McLaughlin and he has been very helpful. I'm waiting to see if National Fidelity will get something done on my accounts in the next 30 days. If I see progress I will stay with National Fidelity, otherwise I will explore other options.
