The staff was fantastic
The staff was fantastic, friendly and always there to help. Location was beautiful.
But the food gave us a negative experience. It was poor at the best. Advertising culinary experiences from all over the world his far fetched.
Food safety is also an issue, roaches are roaming the omelette station, check under the microwave, that seems to be there home.
I am a Swiss trained chef and I have worked all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean, I know the challenges with qualified staff. But this was the worst food we have experienced in 11 trips to Mexico

Booked a private ride from Hotel to Airport. Mobile app booked pickup time on it own. Called customer care but no help received. Driver came and left without even contacting. Lost all money.
