I am a resident at Fourth Street

I am a resident at Fourth Street, Bowden, and the Nexxt team have been very helpful. From doing shopping and checking the mail for me when I was stuck inside with COVID, to cooking with me. The team here are an essential part of making my life work :)

Nextt have been an amazing support.

Nextt have been an amazing support to me, the Sydney team have been so accommodating to my needs and always work hard to achieve an outcome. I would highly recommend Nextt for both support coordination and Support workers in Sydney.
Skye, Monique and Taylor have been just wonderful.

Just wanted to share some love for…

Just wanted to share some love for everyone at Nextt. In particular Tracey Shugg for being so professional and approachable. She makes organising support for my mother a bit less daunting.
And the amazing support workers that interact with mum, Vera and Lydia! The support that you guys give is invaluable! Dementia can be pretty isolating for the sufferer and the family, but knowing we've got angels like you to be there for mum while I cant be warms my heart!
Much love to all involved.

Just wanted to make a special thankyou…

Just wanted to make a special thankyou to Angela Mellors for coordinating and facilitating a fantastic event #NexxtDoor last Friday. Such amazing key note speakers were booked who provided invaluable information to the sector.

It's the same kind of service we also receive through your Support Coordination Sydney team who are so passionate about the mutual clients we support.

Bowden Team

The Bowden Team are a cohesive, client centred, caring group of people, under the exceptional leadership and management of Raj.
The transition from living in hospital to moving into my own apartment was stress-free and smooth. Raj, Litza and the Team made sure every aspect of my physical and emotional well-being was and continues to be addressed each step of the way.
Raj and Litza are both amazing and are warm, caring and professional in their approach to service delivery. They are quick to respond to ongoing changes in my needs.
The Bowden team are constantly working to empower me to achieve the goals I set. The team members who have positively contributed to my journey know who they are and without them I wouldn’t have achieved milestones earlier than my Specialists expected. I am confident with their ongoing support I will certainly continue to achieve my goals.
Thank you Team Bowden, Raj and Litza (Service Leader) for demonstrating what it truly means to be outstanding Support Workers and Raj for being an exceptional Client Relations Manager.

Bowden Nextt team

Bowden Nextt team - As a Support Coordinator I work with a lot of different services. I have found the team to be extremely acomodating and solution focused. They have bent over backwards to ensure the participant I work with receives the best possible service.

A morning crew with smiles all around.

My morning crew of carers were on the job before their official start time assisting with my breakfast. My morning bowel care was conducted with care and dignity. Ian able to shower and clean myself and then groom myself. I was then assisted onto my bed by hoist where my ointment and moisturiser were applied before I was dressed and transferred to my wheelchair.
I have complete T5 paraplegia and only recently started with Nextt. They have reacted immediately if I have had concerns and my carers have been respectful, caring but still prepared to have fun and joke around.

Good Service

On the whole the service provided is good. I acknowledge issues arising from Covid-19 regarding staff shortages. Workers are caring and attentive.

Response, Prepared & Friendly

The team at NEXTT have been a pleasure to work with in the complex job of establishing SDA/SIL services in Thornleigh. They have been responsive, prepared and friendly in every encounter. Big shoutout to Indra, Monique & Angie for their combined efforts in making this transition a smooth and enjoyable one.

I am a support worker with nextt going on 1 year

I am a support worker with nextt going on 1 year. My experience with nextt has been wonderful. From the beginning, my house leader Liz Baker has ensured the development of all house staff, is extremely approachable and brings a beautiful calming environment. Open communication with her has allowed me to have a work life balance and encouragement of further training and skills is always on offer. I have the privilege of working with an exceptional team that support eachother and work together with participants to ensure all needs are met plus some. I thoroughly enjoy my position and our SIL house clients and family. What a beautiful environment to be apart of! Thank you Liz for all of your hard work and support, it's been a blessing. Kelly

Nextt have provided exceptional service…

Nextt have provided exceptional service in supporting my participant out of aged care to Supported Disability Accommodation.
The process from intake through to discharge has involved careful planning & a collaborative effort in gathering all the information and supports to provide a safe discharge for my participant to the community.
Special shout out to Cobey and Mel for going above and beyond and providing passion and genuine care to provide the best service for my participant, family, and greater care team.

Nextt Staff

The staff, ranging from the Support Workers, Managers and back of house have been excellent.
The staff are punctual, competent and above all else are always friendly and pleasant in their dealings. They display helpfulness by offering to send me copies of the fortnightly roster etc.

The team at Kilara do a fantastic job…

The team at Kilara do a fantastic job supporting all residents and are very willing to take on board feedback. Michelle is an excellent house supervisor and it is a pleasure to work alongside her to implement the Positive Behaviour Support Plan.
