I hired Sofia when we moved to Brisbane…

I hired Sofia when we moved to Brisbane and so glad I did. Sofia is kind, caring and has a beautiful personality. I highly recommend Sofia as she is extremely helpful.

Transport to activities

Having such a reliable driver to take my son to outside activities is wonderful. It has given him an outlet which has helped him immensely. Sheng is always punctual, polite, concerned for his comfort and very efficient, giving no cause for concern. I am very grateful for his service.

Great experience!💐

To be honest, the platform is so easy to use. It’s good to connect a clients especially those that you know already and that you support regularly the team Hireup make everything simple and very user friendly. Training is great that is provided digitally as well.
Overall I feel my experience with Hire up is a positive and good experience.

Excellent place to work

Excellent place to work, good pay rate and very easy to work and get paid procedure. Once you started working you will get shifts from the providers through Hireup. Very friendly and supportive staff as well

We value and respect each other no matter the age or race,we will create a better community.

I am so thankful to have the opportunity to support a young lady and a child to manage to have a healthier living not only the elderly
as I usually went through,flexibility is what I need at this point of my life and always someone pick up my phone call whenever I need help which is excellent, much appreciated!!

Efficient Hire up

My first experience with Hire up admin person was excellent as she helped me through registration and ensured I was comfortable with the app. Secondly carer Gene went out of the way during meet and greet to help me with my bookings.Gene is very friendly helpful and punctual and keeps me posted about the times he drops Kunal to the community or when he reaches to pick him up.I can trust him to care for my son

Great experience with Bianca!

Bianca was wonderful in taking Dion out into the community, supporting him with travel, purchase of tickets & food & epilepsy medication given. Dion has complex needs and she is wonderful in caring for him.
Highly recommend Bianca to anybody!

Maybe OK for Workers but terrible for disabled clients

Hireup might be great for the workers but is a terrible experience for disabled clients.
It used to be OK but has gone downhill fast in terms of quality of staff and finding workers that will actually stick around. In my experience over 18 months workers are only on the platform for for a short while until they finish studying or they retire or move or something. Then the process starts all over again.
It's exhausting and depressing to have to keep trying to find new people.
I'm often left without support for weeks.
Would not recommend.

Feedback

Great staff to work with so far. But some people are not responding when they have read the messages which is annoying and stressful when your needing supports

I like the reminder note a day before…

I like the reminder note a day before my shift
But I would still like a ID lanyard I know we have a ID on our profile but when working in my clients apparent s I don’t carry my phone you know when putting out rubbish or collecting mail or parking. I get stopped by other residents who are you how did you get in so I would love an ID Lanyard please

Best Agency so far.

I have tried other agencies, but this one is so thorough and helpful. So far I am very happy with the carer provided and the general admin procedures.
I highly recommend this agency .

They offer help and follow up 👏👏❤️

I like the fact hire up actually contacts us support workers and also help !! Can't say that about other companies . Yes some pay more but the support isn't there . So well done hire up !!

Call Hireup for hired help

Hireup has an easy process to sign up, profile the customer and choose the service you need. I like the way they call up and make sure you understand the process so you can make the overall experience of getting help as painless as possible. I am happy with Hireup
and would recommend them.

I thoroughly enjoy working with my…

I thoroughly enjoy working with my client. I'm learning so much and really enjoy the support provided (if needs be) by Hireup. I would really like to work with other participants and I hope to assist others in the near future. The online training not only informative but essential. I have never done this before, and I'm finding it incredibly rewarding. I feel that Hireup is always there should I need them.
My client is fantastic and has helped me tremendously.

flexibility of supports is excellent

flexible supports that focus on what you need, rather than what others think you need, excellent online platform, saves me the paperwork etc having to employ my own staff. Like the transparency on wages and back up support to support workers if required. Have been with hire up for nearly 4 years and its really made a difference in being able to truly choose my own supports. Support workers who are allied health students seem to work really well for me

Our Provider Relationship Manager is Charne Ryan…

Our Provider Relationship Manager is awesome, there at a phone call and able to help with the whole process even at short notice. Best thing we did was register with Hireup for when we get stuck providing a service. Workers who have supported us have been professional and reliable.
