The exchange of contracts and completion only took 8 weeks this would have been achieved much sooner if it had not been for a difficult vendor. I have been dealing with Next Step Estates for nearly 3 years, they are very customer service focused and always go the extra mile to get things done, whether this was in the marketing stage or dealing with tenants. Unlike many agents, they aren't simply happy to let the fees roll in, they have kept up to date with legislation changes so I know my responsibilities, as well as communicating any issues that need resolving in a timely manner. Nextstep estate agents provide an excellent and professional service of the management of my property. I have a dedicated advisor who manages the day to day relationship with the tenant. This has meant it has alleviated the stress of dealing with maintenance and requests the tenant may have. What I find really beneficial is that Nextstep estate agents will provide an honest evaluation of work that needs to be under taken and where they can, they will do all the heavy work to identify the best quotes for labour or small jobs needing to be under taken.

Their professionalism is of high standards, providing on time monthly statements, reports for inspection and keeping me regularly informed of my property. I've been with NextStep Estate agents for more than 3+ years and would not consider moving to any competitor as their attention to detail, excellent customer service and honest advice has meant my property has been looked after with my interest at their number one priority.
