Purchased a relatively expensive ring from Nextnecklace (that has about 10 other company names selling the same ring). It didnt look anything like the photo, so I returned it. Don't be fooled by their "30 day easy return" policy. It was anything but easy... they tried offering me other jewelry, then I paid for shipping and the refund was $10 short. Never again. Buyer beware!

No communication whatsoever about a ring i purchased for my wife’s birthday February 16. No contact from company about expected delivery date or any replies to my emails. If I could give less than a one star rating I would because all indications to me is that this company is a very sophisticated scam. They offer beautiful jewelry and very discounted prices but which are still in the hundreds of dollars. I believe they need to be investigated.

HI. I just ordered 3 items. But I observed that you used my old address. When I wanted to change it, I couldn't.
I send few emails to you, asking for help to change the address, but you didn't answer. What is will happen with my payment 🤔 I will loose almost 350 $ ? Does it look fair?

I ordered two items and wanted to return them. I now have received an email that says that I could either receive a gift or a $40 refund on my over $200 order. They still have not given me a mailing address to return the items and they have not called. Each day I send them a message telling them that I want a full refund for the two items that I bought. This was an emerald bracelet and emerald earrings. They look like cheap jewelry and do not look like emeralds at all. So far the return process is not working. Their phone number says that customer service is not available and to leave a number and they do not call you back.
Beware, if you do not like your item, you will have a very hard time returning it

I made a mistake buying two of the same bracelet and customer service contacted me to make sure that’s what I wanted. I only needed one and they took care of my mistake. That’s how honest and good this company is. I’ve bought rings, bracelets, necklaces and every piece was just spectacular. When I need to buy jewelry I only buy from this company. When you’ve got the best why go somewhere else.

I see now that I should have read their reviews. I ordered two rings ten days ago. Never even received a copy of my order. When I did get a message response they said they were closed until February 9 and hadn’t gone over any orders. I will be closing my credit card. This is what gives on line companies a bad name. They are the worse.

Bought a ring claiming to be Sterling Silver 925. Silver coating has rubbed off to reveal copper/brass. This is cheap costume jewelry at best. Save your money from these scammers. Also, they do NOT post any negative reviews. Frauds!

It took me several months to get my problem straightened out. I have bought several items from your company but and this is the first time I had so many problems. All I wanted to do was change one aquamarine ring for the pearl ring with stones on both sides of the ring. I even had to pay another$10.00; Now I'll have to wail several weeks before I get the ring. Very disappointing.

Could not have been an easier experience. Great pricing and striking merchandise.
