These two shopping experiences were fantastic! Your service concept is very professional.

Very difficult to exchange anything! I need to exchange my items, and it has been very difficult. They said I had to pay $15 shipping to exchange, then changed it to $25. I asked where to send it to and still have not heard back. The bracelet doesn’t fit even though I measured according to their directions and the earrings are very large and heavy. I was willing to exchange, but I keep getting strung along with no clear directions. I still have no directions. It’s not worth the hassle to deal with a company that makes exchanges difficult. If they get back to me, I will update this review.

This company is a SCAM. Wanted to return something under the alleged 30 DAY RETURNS. First email back to me was if you dont want something else we offer you 15 dollars ( l paid 100), "because it takes so long to get to us and is expensive for you". I've seen these scams before. Do not buy you will get GRIEF. Do not buy from any China company who requires you to ship back to China (not the local distributing address it came to you from) and offers you pennies on the dollar to settle.

They photograph the products falsely and add color enhancement to the stones. I purchased a ring and two pair of earrings. They refunded for the earrings but took $78 from the ring refund and JUST KEPT IT. GONE. I HAVE WRITTEN OVER AND OVER. I PAID $39.OO TO SHIP THE THREE ITEMS BACK. HORRIBLE

Have ordered before and definitely don’t regret a single purchase. Right now I’m waiting for shipping info on an express order I placed…haven’t heard anything yet and it should be here tomorrow or the next day. Hoping the package arrives in time!

I do not want to leave any stars at all. I ordered nearly $1,000. worth of jewelry from Next Necklace in January with note to seller that I needed it by a certain date in February and received enthusiastic messages that they would get right on it. I finally received part of the order well past date needed, with no explanation if or when balance would arrive. Since it was received too late for the event I sent it back and requested the refund of $926.74 to my Citi account. Next Necklace sent messages three or four times stating that they had credited my account on three different dates but it was not true. They lie over and over again. I am an elderly woman, 84, trying to buy gifts for my granddaughters to wear to a family wedding - and I received nothing for my money (They did send me an email early on offering me $30.00 and keep the jewelry! Heck no!!)
Please help me!!!! (And beware of buying from them - they have the same stuff as Amazon but 6 times the price as Amazon. And they are not honest.

I ordered my necklace on 3/22/25. I have received no updates on tracking or shipping. I sent them an email and have not received a response. I need the necklace for a formal wedding on 4/12/25. I hope I have not been scammed. Will update my rating if I receive communication or my $200 necklace

Nextnecklace refuses to comply with its express written return policy, refuses to provide a return authorization but instead offered a $40 credit or exchange for another item and a free pair of earrings. Nextnecklace's express written return policy states as follows: "30-Day Return & Exchange Policy. We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at NEXT NECKLACE, that’s why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date." Nextnecklace refuses to comply with its express written return policy!
