Easy ordering. Waiting to see how long it takes to actually ship and a tracking number sent to my email.

I’m assuming this is a bogus site. Paid for express shipping, have heard nor received anything from this company. Sent numerous email’s asking for an answer. I’ve called CC company to dispute charges.

Kind and proficient customer service.

Takes too long to go through all items.also, I didn’t receive a receipt from you.

This is my 2nd purchase in the past few weeks, but have never received my first order.

It takes SO long to receive your jewelry. I am not certain my bank will approve the purchase.

The presentation of the products seems to be fair and honest and the photos of products I've purchased in the past have accurately described the products.

It is difficult to find your website separate from Facebook. I don’t like ordering through Facebook because not all their sites are trustworthy. I find yours is but still don’t want to go through Facebook to get to you. I love your jewelry. Especially the opals I ordered. I do hope that the opals are as beautiful in person as they are in pictures.

I looked at other styles and this one was the one i liked most.

Horrible communication never spoke to a live person. When you call or chat options you still have to leave a message. Asked for a refund immediately and was given options to spend more money or get $10 returned on a$100+ purchase. Stay away

Order shipped in a timely enough manner. Quality not terrible, but unacceptable to me. Returned at my own cost, as instructed. Return documented, refund never happened.

I found what I wanted and made a purchase with no fuss.

The only problem.i had was getting the 10% discount applied to my order. The amount of time it takes to receive the order needs improvement also. The jewelry is great is the only good thing I can say and really the only thing that matters.

Inital experience with Chat and customer service emails was impressive until I asked for refund due to slow shipping as my pieces would not arrive in enough time for my event- 2 weeks out mind you. They have since ghosted me and I'm about to report them if a refund status is not communicated within the next 24 hours.

The merch ships from China and takes a significant time to arrive. The website offers a 30 day unconditional return policy. When you try to return items, they offer add'l merch or a small credit. They try to dissuade you from returning because "it will take a long time to ship back". They refuse to provide RMA & return address. Until this point point they are very responsive and then THEY GHOST YOU! STAY AWAY!

Nextnecklace has some of the most beautiful jewelry items that are top notch quality and so different from the cookie cutter styles everyone else sells. I wish this site would post photos of the back of all pieces, and instead of the video clip showing how piece shines, I would appreciate seeing how items open and close and the back of enitre item.
