A terrible mistake when choosing an insurance company
I regretted using nexible, what a terrible mistake when choosing an insurance company. I registered with nexible on October 20, 2019, and left on December 31, 2020, due to poor service. After switching to another insurance, the new insurance company requested that nexible should transfer my SF class, but unfortunately nexible couldn’t transmit to the new insurance that I have SF1 class. Instead, they said to my new insurance that I have SF0. Even after more than a year with nexible, my SFK is still reading SF0. I don't know why my SFK is still reading SF0, I've never had an accident or any claim and I pay my insurance regularly. All I want from nexible is for them to write to new insurance company that I have SF1 not SF0, but that seems to be very difficult for them.
I have decided to forward the case to my lawyer, and will also write to the Insurance Ombudsman about nexible's poor service if I didn’t get a reasonable response from nexible. As one plaintiff suggested: "This company does not suppose to exist." In my opinion, If you're looking for an insurance company, stay away from nexible. There are many insurance companies out there. Look further to find a trustworthy insurance company.
Update: On April 6th, 2021 nexible has finally corrected my SFKlass after a long battle. However, I still can't give them more than 3 stars, because I shouldn't have gone through these fights in the first place.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Slowest customer service ever
Slowest customer service ever. Emails get answered after one month or more. Intransparent pricing. Thank goodness I didnt need their services yet. Will change to the competition asap.

If you are considering Nexible - Don't ....as they say in German 'Finger Weg !!!' ......I did not know it at that time, as i had used CHECK24 to change my insurance....These guys don't even have a telephone number you can reach them on !!!!! Mine is a dispute over the SF Klasse....Thank God i quit them before i had to process any claim.
They dunked my SF Klasse to 0 in August 2020 and communicated it to my current insurance as SF 0......saying they haven't got confirmation of my SF klasse from my previous insurance. I send them my previous insurance documents but they tell me it has to come through their internal system (which the insurers use). Before i can get it clarified from my previous insurance, (It turns out that my previous insurance could not be confirmed because my middle name was missing), they tried getting money out of my account (nachzhalung). I had it charged back by my bank..... So now they send it to a company that recovers debts. (Par Finance) who keeps mailing me every 2 days.
My previous insurance in the meantime has sent Nexible a confirmation of my correct SF klasse and these guys at Nexible sent me an e-mail somedays ago saying my SF Klasse has now been changed ...without a mention of to what SF Klasse. Even after e-mailing them multiple times to send my corrected SF Klaase to my current insurer, they have not reacted nor have they informed Par finance (Remember they have no telephone number for you to reach them).....and Par finance (the debt recovery company) keeps mailing me every 2 days to pay up.
Read their reviews in German....all have given them 1 stars. The same story with the SF Klasse repeats there many times... ...pathetic.
If i don't get a reply from them in the next 3 days I will give it to my Lawyer to take care of it. I will also report them to the Verbracherzentrale and also to the Insurance Ombudsman....such type of companies should have their lisence to do business withdrawn and their entire Management and Customer service put behind bars for such business practices......
Nexible If you have an element of decency left reply to this Review and sort the matter out for me.

Thank you for your reply. But the matter is not settled yet. Can you please correct what was sent to CosmosDirekt. I was insured in SF8 with Nexible in 2019. I should start 2020 in SF9. You have communicated it to CosmosDirekt as SF8 for 2020 which is NOT correct.
Please let me know when this has been done.

No reply from Nexible - Besides posting the above upadate and request, I also sent them an e-mail for the same on 29th October 2020
The consequences of their inaction
1) My Current insurance has put me in SF8 for 2020 when it should be SF9 in 2020...They have charged me more for the year 2020
2) My current insurance tells me Nexible has to send the correct SF(9) to them - they will NOT ask Nexible again
3) Nexible does nothing - Does not respond to my requests using the only way you can contact them -email
4) I received a 2021 rate from my current insurance using the incorrect SF resulting in me having to potentially pay more for my insurance in 2021. ...Remember i already paid more for 2020 because of Nexible.
5) I waste lot of time chasing both my current insurance and Nexible
6) All this can end with a simple correction from Nexible - something that will take 1 minute of their time......
Nexible i am still waiting for you to sort this out.

They're not very serious partner. I am trying to get to know my SF klasse from them but everything they just write something to keep me away. It us really boring to make your case on email with a company who don't care about its customer. As it says in German Finger Weg.

They are no better than a thief.
After being terminated, they have said my SF class is not correct and deducted money from me 2 times without my permission and concerns.
Very poor customer service, i have contacted them via email but no response.
Stay away from the insurance.

The worst experience i ever had
I chose this product because I work in a digital aria and any digital product is a challenge for me. Instead, there was a great disappointment. It is not adapted at all to the needs of people. They have the impression that they are working with robots. I had the bad luck that my BMW 5 Series car to be vandalized on a small trip to Dusseldorf. All my onboard equipment was stolen. Although we went through a great shock, this was greatly amplified by the reaction or rather the non-reaction of the insurance company. I had full-casco insurance and I thought it would be an advantage. Our luck was that the people from ADAC jumped to our immediate aid. Instead, the insurance company respond to the email after 24 hours, and then not only without constructive things or any other support but only asking supporting documents.
After a long series of changed emails and many nerves and stress for two weeks the car was brought to the city where we live and after a few weeks later it was repaired.
And now comes another problem, because even if we had full casco they ask us to bear some of the expenses in the amount of 1867.43 euro because they say the exchanged goods are electronic components and it must be supported by both parties. The repair company says they never heard something like this ... and neither us.

I am Happy witj Nexible but not with their workshops
I am with Nexible since one year, I am happy with it. Recently i had an accident (self responsible) and informed to nexible over online form, and they contacted me very next working day and suggested four workshops near to my place. i choose one and they contacted the workshop and had my car repaired. everything worked so good from nexible side. But the workshop where i gave my car they made a small dent on one of my car side door. And they said they don't know... Now i don't know who has to pay for that. i did not report that to nexible yet. (because i am worried that they will count as an extra accident). I am very disappointed with the workshop.
