Unacceptable, no response about car insurance after accident
We had a car accident more than one week ago, we contacted Nexible to see how to proceed with the car insurance but we have not received any response. We need urgently an answer but still nothing, only an automatic reply. It’s a really bad service and the communication via email is completely useless.

What a rubbish company is nexible.de!
What a rubbish company is nexible.de!
My mother's car insured in Nexible has been scratched/damaged on the car parking in UK during her visit. I received a case nr name of the insurance company, and the full address of the offender and provided all details to Nexible as my mother is not speaking English. Nexible over one month did not contact to offenders insurer about what my mother informed Nexible! The offender company in the UK not accepting any contacts from not insurers and not providing any updates per GDPR! Nexible asked my mother to get a solicitor in UK too to resolve this issue!
Dear future insurers please avoid Nexible as this company will not help you at all and will leave you alone without any support!
Nexible have no phone numbers only email contacts!
