Beautiful stone, gorgeous color and great sparkle!

I have made three purchases from New World: two pair of earrings and another for a lost backing. Great company. I'm so pleased with my earrings - they're beautiful - and the extra backing that I lost arrived quickly.

It took nearly a month to get the ring I ordered for starters. I own a lot of men's jewelry and I'm really into diamonds. This was first lab grown diamond experience. When j got mt ring, the diamonds looked great. The ring is another story. Apparently I paid $900 for the diamonds, because I've had higher quality rings from a gumball machine. It's thin and flimsy, and hollow. Not what I expected, but when you buy online....expect to be amazed.

I ordered the 2.00 Ct. T.W. Pink And White Lab-Grown Diamond Ring 14K White Gold. This ring is gorgeous in person. I was heartbroken to have to return it, only because my fingers are so narrow, and the 10 beautiful stones were a bit wide across for me. But it's a stunning ring. The Co. was very nice and refunded the entire amt. in a very timely manner.

I ordered a pair of earrings late Monday and used regular free shipping. New World Diamonds shipped the earrings the very next day using FedEx Overnight so I had the earring wrapped and ready to go under the tree by Wednesday afternoon right before Christmas. That is amazing service. Thank you New World Diamond! In addition, the earrings were more beautify and brilliant than the pictures online showed. The earrings are amazing and look very elegant. Wife loved them as did I love them on her. I've always had great success with New World Diamonds service and products. I'm sticking with NWD.

The process on the website to pick a stone and a setting was very easy and straightforward. The only downside was not being able to see a picture of the actual stone I chose. I understand that this would be very difficult to make happen due to the vast amount of stones, and the fact that there are very few if even noticable differences between each one. Buying something as special as an engagement ring feels like it needs in person inspiration. I would recommend checking out local jewelry stores to get a feel of diamond size and the various clarity and color ratings first, then order online.

I love the idea of sustainable diamonds and when I called in to ask a couple of questions the person I spoke with was very helpful and nice. What a great site for diamond jewelry! I ordered the 7 ct. tennis bracelet and it is strikingly beautiful. Unfortunately, the length did not work for me (they will create whatever length you need) so I had to send it back. Customer service via both email and phone was very responsive and helpful.

I recently placed an order from New World Diamonds but missed out on applying a discount code they were advertising. Even though I waited many days to contact them, and they could have easily told me it was too late, they responded in short order (about an hour) with a kind email and a refund for the discount. It's refreshing to deal with such caring and flexible customer service! I haven't received my order yet, but am so far very impressed with this company.

Since I wanted something different for my new ring, I decided on getting a pink diamond. We had been searching everywhere and came across NWD. After reading reviews and seeing they had certified diamonds, we chose the ring and ordered. Shipping was pretty fast, their team was quick to respond to a concern I had, packing was great, and it delivered sooner than expected. I did go for a more simple look for practical, every-day use. But the stone is so beautiful and craftsmanship is pretty good. The band was not as thin as i expected to be, which is great. The ring is stunning!

Called customer service to help me purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I spoke to Tina on the phone and she was the best help in the world. Got me the correct ring and was so polite and delightful to speak with on the phone. She was patient and a huge help. She waited till I got my receipt before she hung up. She was the best person in customer service I ever spoke to in my life!!

I bought the 5ctw diamond tennis bracelet. The diamonds were not the size described on the website. They were supposed to be 2.8mm but measured with a precise scientific caliper they measured 2.17mm which is in line with the advertised size of the 3ctw bracelet. I returned the item hoping to get the correct size and the seller said that was the correct carat weight. I asked about the discrepancy in what was advertised and was informed that they did not need to answer that.
