Good price and good delivery times
Fine if you can wait a week to deliver
They are decent priced, good range of products. But took a week to be delivered. It was Royal Mail 48hrs but took them 3 days to receive the parcel. I can get the same price products with next day delivery from my normal vape place.
If you think you are saving few quid, then think harder
Sorry Tracy but after all the hassle only 1 star. Placed order for full kit but received mod only. Sent about 10 emails over 3 weeks , had some replys within 24h but most with long delays 3 or 4 days. First reply promising correct kit ( which didn't happen). Few days after Tracy said new tank will be out within 2 days ( which didn't happen) . I waited another week or so and asked for part refund the difference between kit and mod which is received ( thanks for that). Now I need a new tank and all in it's going to cost me more than buying full kit in local shop. Learned a lesson. I see in others reviews that you blame the warehouse quite often like in my case. I am not telling anyone not to buy from you but you lost one customer me!
Order arrived incomplete
Order arrived incomplete so contacted via email and was advised the product was now out of stock but could be posted out a few days later so agreed to wait. I then made a subsequent order which took 9 days to arrive which I felt was a bit excessive when normally when I order vapes online they arrive within 2 days

Order received with incorrect items and things missing.
My missing items were collected 2 days ago according to Tracy who also 'personally packaged" the last 3 "lost parcels" "moved warehouse" and "Cotton reason" (??)
Tracking number says RM were requested last night and are yet to collect.
18 days after my order was accepted and "shipped" being lied to again with them saying my order was posted 24hr. 5 days later no tracking number received and ignoring my emails.
Going to my bank to force a refund.
14 days since I placed my order. I was promised my order would be posted for delivery yesterday tracked 24. No tracking number given and no parcel yesterday.
7 days and counting since my order was placed. Was told RM can take 48 hours to collect a shipment from them now they are not replying to my emails. Telephone number doesn't work and tracking number says "we're expecting it" on RM tracker. Not happy

Not much of a mystery
Ordered two of their nic salt mystery boxes but not again.
10 salts in total - first 4 were the same, then 3 more were also the same - can't quibble about the price or delivery but better mystery boxes out there that actually give you a variety - shop around, price isn't everything

Updated: customer service EXCELLENCE!! Was sent a damaged product. WAS real annoyed! BUT newvaping.com did a GREAT job with after-sales customer service !! No issues here.

I'd say I've experienced EXCELLENT customer service.
As I originally said, I was sent a damaged product. But NewVaping.com stepped in AND quickly too (after the weekend which understand), arranged a return. I had to do NOTHING great job. AND arranged a replacement sent. Which arrived the next day !!
Can you receive better customer service. I doubt it.
Newvaping.com 100% deserve the 5stars , for how they have taken care of me and this product issue. Which, of course, is not even their fault it's manufacturing errors and Quality Control or lack thereof in this instance!

Scratches and gashes on the front, on the top and on the bottom. Has this been tossed around the building before boxing ??
