I Ordered and payed for on the 28th August £57 and didn't receive the order. I have emailed them several times and had no response I also asked for a full refund which was ignored. Do not use this Vape store, You will probebly loose your money.

Looks like I’m going to have to initiate a chargeback and report to trading standards. Furious that these types of companies are so blasé about stealing money from people and have the audacity to not respond to customers.
Used for years and up till recently had no issues

send out wrong orders, then dont respond to emails. No phone number
Ive ordered through newvaping a few times. Had an issue with an incomplete TWICE before. First time they sent me a voucher code. Was less than it should have been, but i wasn't about to quibble over £1.
Second time, they also responded saying the missing items were coming from a different site - and they did eventually arrive.
3rd time. I could tell the package was missing items before i opened it. So using my head, i filmed the unboxing, and of course i was right.
I contacted them about it...... ignored...... so i contacted them again..... ignored....... contacted them a third time and gave 5 days to respond (it had been going on a while) .... ignored.
They are happy to take your money, not so happy to give you what you paid for. Beware.
I've now initiated a chargeback through my bank, which of course i will win as i have evidence of the unboxing, and their sheer audacity to ignore customers.
I will never use them again, and i would hope you dont either.

0 customer service orders always missing items
good selection of products at a good price however 3 out of 4 of my last orders have been missing items and have taken over a week to respond, i have emailed them 7 times and had no reply, live chat is not working, message not being replied to, im still waiting for a reply after over week, due to this 1 star is all i can give, please improve you customer service!
Took money, didn't fulfil order

Always check your order items missing
Been using newvaping for quite a while now. Items are always good quality and delivered on time. In the last order I was 1 item short as I was in the one before that, I emailed them to which I got no reply on both occasions. Would be nice for them to acknowledge you not just take money from you, although this said I still order because I like the flavours and price
