I tried to withdraw my XRP from Newton to my own private wallet. After I verified everything with one of their agents and explained that it was my personal wallet, they suddenly cancelled my withdrawal and sent me an email saying they were terminating my account.

Now they’re refusing to let me withdraw my crypto and are forcing me to convert everything to CAD, which would cost me over $1,000 in fees. They claim they can “suspend withdrawals for any reason,” but that doesn’t justify blocking access to my own assets.

I was completely transparent with them , the crypto is mine, and I just had a family member help me with the technical part of the withdrawal. Instead of letting me move my funds safely, Newton is holding them hostage and making me lose money for no reason.

This is incredibly unfair and feels like they’re taking advantage of customers under the excuse of “risk management.” If you value control over your own crypto, be very careful using Newton, they can freeze your account and prevent withdrawals without giving you a clear explanation.

Great support and quick response. Specifically Dishan helped me setup wire transfer back my remaining assets to my bank account with no charge after I have exhausted my e-Transfer limits the next day.

I sent XRP to S.Korea friend. But they have travel rule which limit 1,000 usd to accept and I sent more. UpBit korea send back to Newton account instead my account. Newton team kindly help to redirect it.

Beware!!! I have her contacted by agents stating that they are from Newton Co. They have scammed me money, opened an account and took the money. I have reached out to Newton, all they wanted was I information from me and then closed my account saying that I should not have an account at this time. I would give them a 0 star if I could. It’s obvious that’s their security has been breached and cyber scams can still commit fraudulent acts by using Newton Co.

These people are awesome they replied to every single one of my emails and they were so helpful everytime I asked them a question.

Everything was explained so good to me and they made it easy to learn the trade process.
