Just completed a NewtonX survey on Enterprise support and services and it was a thorough review. For once it had a separate section to explain my choices and how I was interpreting their answer selections. This indicates they are listening instead of pushing an agenda.

I had a problem with Newton. At first it seemed okay when I signed up. It was easy to use. My first small cryptocurrency purchases went through without any issues. The app looked simple and trustworthy. This good experience made me feel secure.

Then things changed. I made a Bitcoin deposit to the wallet address they gave me. The blockchain confirmed it without any problems.. Out of nowhere Newton said my cryptocurrency was "fraudulent" without explaining why and locked my account. They just wanted to take my money. I was stuck with ninety-four thousand, seven hundred dollars that I couldn't access. There was no support, silence. I couldn't. Sleep. I kept thinking about what I did wrong wondering how a confirmed deposit could be labelled a threat. The negativity took over my life.

One night I was reading warnings on Trustpilot. I saw a comment about a specialist called P●maAdvisory. It wasn't an ad, a note from someone who went through the same thing. I was scared it might not be safe.. I had nothing left to lose. I reached out to P●maAdvisory. They didn't make promises they just. Traced the confirmed deposit on the blockchain. They proved the funds were legitimate. Step by step they pressured Newton until every single dollar was freed. All ninety-four thousand, seven hundred dollars landed back in my control. I broke down in tears.

After I calmed down I looked at the name P●maAdvisory. It hit me what it truly meant. P is for people like me who need help. O is for losing money that you thought was safe. M is for money that disappears without explanation. A is for no help when you need it most. A is for nobody to assist you when you're alone. D is for days turning into weeks of stress and worry. V is for victims like me who were hurt by Newton. I is for being lucky to get help that I never thought I'd get. S is for someone who cared and listened to my story. O is for others who may not be lucky and are still suffering. R is for remembering my story so others can learn from it. Y is, for you because you can get help too from P●maAdvisory. That quiet circle-marked name, P●maAdvisory was not a promotion it was a lifeline that gave me back my money and my sanity.

Been using Newton for about 4 years now. What started out as pretty good experience, has turned into a massively terrible experience. Recently, I sent a large crypto transaction to Newton using the exact wallet address they provided. It was determined that my account should be closed and deactivated because im exposed to 'scams or fraudulent activity'. Instead of the basic cookie cutter email they could have at the very least given me some more details as to how ive been exposed to such. In addition my funds are too be sent back to the original wallet.... Still haven't got it or a TXID confirmation.

Update: They did end up returning the funds back to the originating wallet. It took a little over two weeks to complete. After this I effectively used one of Newton's competitors NDAX and had absolutely no issues. I once had faith and praised Newton of its ease of use, however that was a couple years ago and since then the industry has grown but Newton has not. Newton has basically abandoned their social presence on their Reddit and Discord which can be a sign of the company struggling internally. I have updated my rating from 1/5 to 2/5 because they did fix the immediate issue. However they still closed my account (a customer of 4+ years) and gave me minimal communication. I'm happily with another exchange now.

Incredibly disappointed in my experience with newton

I tried sending $150 eth to newton and 5 hrs ago and still nothing in my account, to add insult to injury, when inquiring about my receiving of funds, they proceeded to restrict my account and completely ghost me.

One of the worst support teams in all of Canada's regulated brokers in my experience and I've used a couple.

I accidentally transferred crypto on wrong address while depositing on newton wallet. Newton customer service representative helped me to recover my funds within 2 business day. Newton is best !!!

warning to all. DO NOT TRUST NEWTON!!!
they can claim any crypto as fraudulent and try and steal your funds (btc deposit was confirmed to the wallet given by them) without explanation even if the funds have been deposited into the account
