Review Part 2 loan application process
Review Part 2. After receiving a call from a newrez rep, they still could not find my application. A representative even said to me "I'm not sure why you're calling." Well they called me! I don't need to chase you to give you bad feedback and if you don't want to help, best of luck to you!
Well I won't be calling you again! Horrible phone service. 30 minutes on the phone and did not answer any of my questions. Transferred two times and no warm handoffs. So unhelpful. Stay clear of Newrez! They love to market to you and then not deliver! Went with another company for an HE loan option. Newrez is losing out on an opportunity!!
