Loafers came in and looked great

Loafers came in and looked great, but they were a size to big. There is a 14 day return policy, however when I emailed customer support to return this item passed 14 days I got a response within minutes. I was able to email with a real person with extremely fast and polite turn around responses. She sent me a return code and explained the turn around time expected. Very good experience even when things didn't go exactly as planned.

From the beginning new republic was …

From the beginning new republic was awful. I thought they had a good reputation so I went ahead and trusted them to purchase a birthday gift but I was wrong. I ordered a pair of shoes and a belt and my purchase did no come for 3 weeks, after I received my purchase, the belt was not included and I reached out to ask why this was and they said "we reimbursed you for the belt" which was not true, they gave me a complimentary refund of $15 for the long delivery process, not the belt. They then got back to me and said they will fix the issue. I wanted to return the product after the shoes did not fit the gift recipient. I returned the shoes and they did not reimburse me for another 2 weeks. When I was reimbursed I was not reimbursed my entire amount and they responded a couple days later and said "human error". I will not be returning for any future purchases because I was greatly disappointed from the second I ordered the shoes.

Site look nice

Site look nice. Never had the luxury of purchasing items since everything are out of stock. A lot of advertising to get to a site where most is not available.

Great shoes, BAD customer service

I ordered various items and was charged. However, I didn't receive a notification/order for almost one month. I reached back out via social
media since they did not respond to my email queries, only to find that one item wasn't available any longer and would be refunded, and then had to wait additional time for the second item to ship/be delivered. They didn't seem to care about the experience I had had. I must say that I love the shoes I was able to convince them to send to me but am EXTREMELY wary to order from them again.
