I first got introduced to Andy and the…

I first got introduced to Andy and the team at New Image in 2016. As Managing Director for Abra, I was not only looking for cost savings but also a partner where when we made a call someone answered and cared.
The problem with the networks is if you have an issue you cannot simply resolve it.
From the moment I was introduced to New image, this changed, at last, a business that interrogated my telecoms and delivered
1 over 15k in savings
2 full upgrades on my kit
3 full account management

just number 3 would have been good but all 3

I was with EE and was paying a…

I was with EE and was paying a ridiculous amount. I spoke to new image communications who managed to reduce my bills by a significant amount. I have been with them ever since with no regrets.

I operate a busy accountancy practice.

I operate a busy accountancy practice.
New image has looked after our mobile communications for the last 17 years.
The Company in the last 4 years has now also started looking after our landline communications.
So i have to say that we have had excellent service in all these years and the Company is flexible to our needs and attends to our queries promptly and efficiently.
Even where the problem is not their doing, they have chased the end provider of the service and sorted problems.

Keep up the good work.

Good company with great service

Newimage Communications is a great company. They really have great offers and promotions which can help businesses to save lot of money on mobile phone bills. I really appreciate the service that my company received from Newimage communications specially the Andy who guided us through the whole process and help us to choose the right package for our business.
I highly recommend this company.

Disgusting ,Deplorable & Deceptive

He is Disgusting, Deplorable and Deceptive to the core .

My hubby and my children are paying a huge price for overtrusting him .

I pray to God that his licence gets revoked by both OFCOM and Vodafone for this kind of unethical practice of duping people.I don't know how many more are affected by this .

He has Created ( i mean manufactured )a fake Vodafone response and posted it to counter these reviews as no Vodafone signatory is found at the bottom of those emails.No email IDs too.r

coming up several of our emails does not justify what you have done to me and others .You breached it by putting us on a tariff where these WAP charges are appearing out of bundle .If u are doing so you should tell us under the new tariff they will appear out of bundle and these are the relevant out of bundle charges. Rather than telling us so you stealthily signed the contract and made us to pay a huge price .You have to tell this to tge judge when it goes to litigation. Law suit is very much on the cards.You had tge chance to put it right but u chose to ignore us so the result may damage your biz reputation .Anyway face the full force of the law very soon .

I hope that helps to understand we followed what you wanted, data charges or billing by vodafone not from Newimagecomms we dont send you the bills and if you go over the data you will pay the charges i am afraid that is how this system works .

i have a vodafone contract with the same guy ANDY aka ADNAN HAQ .HE has awaited for his day to unleash his campaign of deception by signing me up for one of his expensive tariffs that doesnt make sense to any human being ..£2000 bill every month .Its a Martian and a EXTRA TERRESTRIAL Tariff;
WHAT A PLOY TO FILL HIS COFFERS THRU THIS CONTRACT.

WHY WOULD SOMEONE WHO IS A TRUSTED VODAFONE PARTNER TRY TO STRIKE HIS COMPANY OFF ON 2 OCCASSIONS .GO AND SEARCH ON COMPANY HOUSE WEBSITE.

ANY CONTRACT SIGNED BY A PARTNER OF VODAFONE REMAINS A CONTRACT WITH THAT PARTNER AS ITS NOT SIGNED BY VODAFONE .VODAFONE IS A SERVICE PROVIDER AND PROVIDES BILLING PLATFORM FOR THESE PARTNERS .

I beg youll to stay away from this guy ANDY also known as ADNAN HAQ of new image communications .He may come up with fake reviews and denials to counter these reviews .but wont be able to stop us from exposing his deception .I am planning to claim damages for the breaching the OFCOM'S general condition 23

He is trying to vindicate himself with a fake email that has got no signatories .Can you imagine vodafone sends an email to their partners without any name underneath.

I am sorry that the above customer has been experiencing unexpected data charges in recent months, however I have investigated your query in depth and double checked all of the figures and it's clear to me that the customer has been heavily undercharged before May 2017. The billing and data charges after the upgrade appear correct and valid.

Looking at the billing history of this account it appears that we have not been charging customer correctly (or not at all) for out of data bundle for over 2 years prior to the upgrade. If you insist I will be happy to pass this query to our bill recalculation team and ask them to recalculate all of the usage since October 2014 however if they'll find any charges due for data used prior to May 2017 we will have no choice but to bill those charges to the customer. Please advise if you'd like us to do that.

To summarise, there seem to have been an issue with the billing prior to the recent upgrade. The upgrade has resulted in the billing being correct since.

Newimage communications the best company company to work with, services from them is fantastic can't complain, bills are compare to before are low and mobile phones and landlines works together which we needed. so all good .

We have been completely mislead and …

We have been completely mislead and deceived by this guy called ADNAN HAQ who also known as ANDY promising us that we will not be paying any additional costs other than those contracted monthly costs of £35 but we are receiving bills for £2000 for 12 phones now . We didn’t receive those high bills prior to the signing our new contract in May 2017 . HE duped us by choosing the tariff that we never agreed .He` chose a taxi meter tariff called red value CTR12 .He never gave the copy of the contract for 5months .

PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY HE CAN TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE .
He also tried to close his company twice .PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HIM AS HE IS A DISHONEST SALES GUY .
There is clear and overwhelming evidence to say that this contract was mis sold to us by him under false pretenses . So Stay away from him . .
We have wasted 6 months of our precious time asking him to resolve this matter satisfactorily but he has been very evasive in his responses by giving us plausible explanations and has not been accountable at all.

HE OPERATES FROM HIS OFFICE IN HAYES .SO BEWARE OF NEW IMAGE COMMUNICATIONS OR ANDY HE IS ALSO KNOWN AS ADNAN HAQ

He has replied with many more falsehoods to gloss over his breaches .he is in business for 11 years but claims he has been there for 17 years .(His company is only 11 years old ).
PLEASE CHECK HIS DETAILS ON COMPANY HOUSE .YOU WILL FIND HIM AS A GREAT CON ARTIST AS HE HAD TRIED TO CLOSE HIS COMPANY TWICE .HE HAS ALSO DONE THIS CAJOLERY FOR OTHER CLIENTS TOO .PROMISING THEM HEAVEN AND DELIVERING HELL.

SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THE PROVIDER DIRECTLY OR JUST CALL US AT MIDDLESEX HOUSING ON 0208 8935858- (ASK FOR SUKHI) BEFORE SIGNING .

GENERAL CONDITION 23 FROM OFCOM DEMANDS THE FOLLOWING .SOME OF THEM WERE MISSING FROM YOUR CONTRACT .A COPY OF OUR CONTRACT IN DURABLE FORM WAS ALSO NOT SENT FOR 5 MONTHS AFTER SIGNING IN MAY 2017.Hence we class this as mis-selling .

When a customer is about to buy their new phone or plan, they should have
received all of the following information, as a paper copy or in an electronic
format:
o Who the contract is with
o How long the contract is for
o What the monthly fee is What is included in the monthly fee (minutes, texts,
data, voicemail, etc)
o Out of bundle call charges for calls to mobile, calls to landline, SMS and calls
to retrieve voicemail
o Information about payment terms
o Information about termination charges, termination rights and procedures
o When we will begin providing the services, if not immediately
o Details of any sales incentives – so line rental discounts, retention credits,
buyout credits, cash back (including deposit + cash back) etc
o What the terms and conditions of the sales incentive
When the customer has bought something through telesales or online we need to
send them a copy of the information in durable form in good time afterwards.

I am in shock at this. I have sent you a detailed email advising that your Econtract comes directly from Vodafone. Copies of the contract both in 2014 and 2017 come directly from Vodafone and are sent to you for approval which you then sign. Prior to you signing the contracts we liaised via email about what you as a company required and and i provided. This is laid out in the proposals that were sent to you before signing the contract that you agreed to. I have also resent copies of the emails to you containing the proposals that were previously emailed between ourselves . I advise you to look at these again and then advise where you were in fact mis sold a contract ?
The red value is simply a tariff name its has got nothing to do with anything.

Basically you were heavily under charged by Vodafone of which you have been advised and have gotten away with not paying a lot of money on your first contract due to an internal billing error on Vodafones part. When you renewed your contract in May 2017 the billing system picked up on your data usage and started to charge and bill you correctly. You have agreed in your contract how much data you required if you go out of bundle after that you are accountable for the charges and i am sure you know that.
Remember i am here to give you my services billing purely comes from Vodafone.

You agreed to the tariff and how much data you required which was done via our emails with proposals that you agreed to.(again which i sent you copies of via email)

We have responded to you every time regarding the high data usage on your account which was causing the issues but you were not prepared to listen and continued to use the data out of bundle.. You even stated that you were having wifi issues since moving to Gerrards Cross.


I have over 1000 customers at present, many of which have been with me for 17 plus years and have not received a complain like this to date.
