This company charged me for 2 subscriptions charging 2 of my visa cards for 22 months and I only noticed now, they are refusing to refund for the double charge and only refunded last 6 mths. For a "christian" channel, they are VERY unethical. $300+ in over payment and refunded just under $60

I would leave 0 if possible, a complete scam if your wanting to cancel, i watched 1 film on free week trial set up ( bear in mind you HAVE to set up to view free trials, thats how they scam you) i tried cancelling the same eve, it would not allow me to do that in my account, eventually i managed to contact via email and explained it wasnt giving me the option to cancel, after a fair few conversations and trying on the app all suggested, they reasured me it had been cancelled there end , i was charged 1st payment due to the length of trying all they kept advising, sooo hoping that was that, then the month after i was charged again, sooo off i go again following all instructions to then have to contact customer services after telling them they are scammers, to again by a different agent be told it is cancelled, to my suprise, here we go again, another installment taken, anddd charging twice in a month, then recieved a new email saying id set up an account today, soooo again , signed into the old set up and followed all advised to cancel, and emailed yet again customer service, this time im contacting my bank for scam fraud, theyyyyy definatelyyy do everything as complicated as possible for you to leave, total scammers if you dont want the service, payments taken out beginning and end of months in a month, so initially charging twice , then charge the 1st payment because they have you all over to try n basic cancel, then still keep charging !!!

Do not set up if your not 100% wanting to keep!!

They will have you on a run around if you dare want to cancel !!! Still trying since august !!!

Absolutely terrible!
They play on the fact that as a christian I want to have a christian channel to watch, but they wont solve the problem of not being able to access the app on my samsung tv. They keep saying wait a few days, wait a month, but I see in reviews that people have had the same problem since 2022! How can you be so deceptive as to say these things when you know that clearly its not true and that you are not actually fixing anything??

Good morning, I canceled the subscription before the 14 day trial but I just noticed that it has been 2 months since I was charged. And now I have just canceled but I am told that my subscription will be renewed automatically. In addition I can't find where to delete the account and my data. I find it dishonest for a Christian application. I will delete my account and PERMANENTLY stop this subscription. THANKS

Great movies, I love watching them. Recommended them to my friends as well, the storylines are so interesting

Its very difficult to stop your order. There is "a bug" on the site which denyed it. Customer service ask too many questions about credit card numbers etc. No patience to get that survive. Finally I got deleted the account. Cant recommend to anyone. I dont like that on the name of christians company do their commitment that way.

I love the faith based movies with such a wide selection. They are a joy to watch. I found it so hard to find such great content on other apps. I have already seen a lot and there is so much hope in the lives of each story.

This app is a biggest scam ever I’ve tried to cancel my subscription after first movie I watched on the help page it said you can just click cancel on your account page rubbish there is no such option on my account there is only option to update your contact details or delete your account I emailed their support number of times asking to cancel but no one ever responded the messages you sent to the help desk have to be sent via app no email address provided and they saved no where so you have no proof of contacting them I have then deleted the app and they still keep trying to take money out of my bank luckily the account I given to them when sign up almost never has money in there as it automatically goes in to my savings

I deleted my account but they still try and take subscription money from me. Lucky or unfortunately i don't have money on the account. I have been in contact with them, but after about 14 days al I still waiting for a respons and for Them to cancel my subscription even though i don't have an account there. Be careful and aware of the scam they are making. Unfortunately. I thought it would be Christian like with high standards and moral without seeking to cheat other people for money, but nope. I don't trust them, neither should you!

Great variety, good movies and what a pleasure to have 'clean' movies to watch..

In April of 2022 I subscribed to the network, however, after not being able to watch any movies without buffering, I sent an email requesting my subscription be cancelled. I am not tech savvy so did not understand the process, that I needed to go into my subscription & select the unsubscribe option. Fast forward to April 2023, unawares to me my subscription automatically renewed & then again in April of this year. I only noticed that the payment had been automatically taken out of my PayPal account. Remember, I had not used the service after requesting my subscription be cancelled. I did not use the service in 2023. I sent an email inquiring as to why money had been automatically taken out of my PayPal account after I had requested by email to cancel my subscription. I forwarded the email to show my request to cancel. The email response I received was that I did not respond to an email they had sent me requesting my registered email address therefore the ticket they generated was closed, subscription NOT cancelled as requested. Now wouldn't you think that the email address that I provided at the time of initially subscribing & the same email address used to request the refund was clearly my email address? The bottom line is the subscription process is deceptive & designed to trap unwary customers who are not tech savvy or do not understand how to unsubscribe. In conclusion, the network are refusing to refund the $143.40 that was automatically taken out of my account in 2023, even though I sent an email in August of 2022 requesting my subscription be cancelled. So unfair!

I was a little disappointed, as most of the films, you can watch on Youtube for free. And all the ones, that caught my eye on social media, are not available to watch in the UK! I personally, will not be renewing my subscription to the channel, when my year is up!!

Don’t trust this company with their 14 day free trial!
They are NOT CHRISTIAN in their financial dealings.
Complain to your country Internal Affairs.
Their business dealings are fraudulent.

I was very happy the first one or two years, cause the content is good, all the movies are building for a christian character. It wasn`t until I registered on two different emails that the problems came, they charged me double, and they were not present in communication when I told them. They also don`t seem to keep record of former days of subscription and which payment I used. They refused to handle my case back in time, and a refund was therefore unthinkable.

I am a very busy woman and dont get to watch movies often however when I do I always find great quality films and documentaries here. Movie nights with friends, a quiet evening with my husband, or sick in bed there is always a great choice of quality movies that show the passion of Christian life and pointing people to Jesus, His love, mercy, grace and what it means to live the Christian walk in Spirit and Truth.
