Good Source of Christian Movies with some problems

Good: New movies come regularly. Good christian content. Quite a variety of movies.
Surprising: The topic "Amish and regular culture" is very dominant as if this were the main problem in the USA.
Bad: Some movies are neither in German nor have German subtitles thought it was announced as a source of German Christian movie Streaming Site. There should be really more subtitles, German of course but also English and Spanish

Loved it

I mistakenly chose a yearly subscription and they fixed it for me. Maybe I will watch again before Christmas 🙂

Good films and series

I have been a long time user and quite happy with the service. A lot of movies and series that are interesting and fun, but offcourse not everything is to my liking.
The smart-tv app works great, but i can't say anything about the phone app as i'm not using it.

Great movies!

This network is a complete scam

This network is a complete scam. Please don’t sign up with them. They say you can cancel at anytime. I have written confirmation of my cancellation yet they keep taking money from my account. This has been ongoing for months. I totally regret signing up with them. Don’t do it.

Thank you for your review.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We have already requested additional information via the Trustpilot information request so we can investigate your account and subscription further.

Unfortunately, without these details we are unable to locate the correct account. Please reply to the information request or contact us via info@newfaithnetwork.com so we can help resolve this for you.

In some cases customers accidentally select a yearly plan instead of the flexible monthly subscription, and if that happened, we can still help adjust this.

Misleading subscription

I had a very disappointing experience with New Faith Network and feel misled by their subscription setup.
I signed up for what was presented as a 14-day free trial. I made sure to cancel within the trial period, and the system confirmed that my subscription was cancelled. However, only later did I discover a less visible message stating that the cancellation would only take effect after paying for a full year subscription.
This was not clearly communicated during sign-up. It gave the impression of a standard monthly subscription with a free trial, not a binding yearly contract paid in installments.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to help and insisted that I am obligated to pay for the entire year, despite cancelling within the trial period.
In my opinion, this is misleading and lacks transparency. Customers should be clearly informed upfront if they are committing to a full year, especially when a “free trial” is advertised.
I would strongly advise others to read all terms very carefully before signing up, or avoid this service altogether if you are unsure. This experience feels like a subscription trap rather than a fair service.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you experienced the subscription process this way.

During sign-up for the free trial, customers can choose between 3 subscription plans: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription paid at once, or a yearly subscription with monthly payments and a discount. The selected plan, pricing and conditions are shown during registration and also in the confirmation emails.

That said, we do understand that this can sometimes be confusing, especially when customers intended to try only the free trial with no intention to continue with a subscription afterwards. In these situations we do try to help customers find a fair solution through customer service.

Giving one star is being generous

Giving one star is being generous. I wish I could give them negative zero stars. These company is a scam!!! Once you subscribe you can't end your subscription and they will automatically renew it without your permission.

They have all the misleading ways that you will not know so you'll end up signing up. Just look at the other reviews. All reviews are negative. BEWARE.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way.

We’ve checked your account and can see that you selected a yearly subscription with monthly payments. With this option, you receive a significant discount (in your case around $50) in exchange for committing to a full year.

Your subscription was already cancelled, but it was still active for the remaining period. As a gesture of goodwill, our customer service team cancelled the final two invoices, even though these were still part of the agreed subscription.

You can always manage and cancel your subscription yourself via your account on our website, and the terms are clearly shown during sign-up.

We hope you were still able to enjoy the movies on our platform, and we appreciate your feedback.

Do not sign up to this streaming platform

I signed up to Faith Network from my mobile phone as the movie i wanted to watch was advertised as this is the correct streaming platform that has the movie. However once i signed up, there was no sign of the movie in the streaming platform. So i decided the same that that i signed up, to cancel my subscription. What a surprise to find out not only can’t i cancel from my mobile phone, it has to be from a computer, and sorry…. You are having to pay a monthly subscription for a YEAR before this can be cancelled! If i could give no stars… that would be too much. What a disappointment from a streaming platform.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you had such a disappointing experience.

During sign-up, customers can choose between different subscription plans, including a monthly subscription and yearly subscriptions with discounted pricing. The selected plan and conditions are shown during registration and in the confirmation emails.

You can also cancel from your mobile phone, only not through the app itself. Cancellation works through the browser on your phone, just like signing up also happens through the browser and not inside the app.

We understand this may still have been confusing and we appreciate your feedback.

Not good enough!

I try to support Christian content because I desire more of it but let's be honest the content on this site is insufficient but that's not my problem here

Clearly they have a problem with people not recognising that when they click monthly it's a yearly contract paid monthly which can be confusing. Nevertheless, the unprofessional response I got back from them shows that this company does not deserve a single penny more from me and to still charge me after I already complained and told them to cancel only adds insult

Let me give you the copy of the email I received from their customer service....

Dear James,

Thank you for your messages and helping us to find out that you registered your year subscription with ****
It is amazing to read your first email, blaming us that you choose wrong subscription plan. Really in trend with nowadays trend to always blame somebody and never look in the mirror.

We really appreciate the feedback and want to ask you what we need to change in the 3 options we present. (added the screenshot below). What do we need to make it more clear what options there are? And make the nature of the subscription more explicit going forward.
Do we need to add more sentences? Do we have to present "Yearly subscription" bigger? What can we do to make it more transparent?

We really want to make this better, we have added the year subscription with monthly payments, because of a lot of request from members that are supporting our network for years and years and missed out on some other discounts. You choose to profit from the discount instead of choosing the monthly subscription which can be cancelled every month. So please let us know what the issue is here.

Kind regards,
Robbert from New Faith Network

Is this business really Christian

Is this business really Christian? The behaviours of this network is in direct opposition to the standards expected when using the name of Jesus or Christianity. I wondered if the company are Christian at all or whether they have got into financial trouble and that is why they are using deceptive means to extort money from people. There was a man who stole from a church for many years while working in their finance department, it was in the news last year that he choked to death on some food. Judgement does come, Yeshua, Jesus, Our Father does indeed see all and judgement will come.
