we used NewDay before with our old house. 1 year into our new house we went for the Re-FI cash out which helped us pay off 4 major bills! Mr. Andrew Stangroom our account Executive was completely professional, courteous, Intelligent with his insight & suggestions, patient, understanding, and down right one heck of a guy!! Mr. Stangroom worked with us for about a month and a half with this loan. Myself, a crusty old & grumpy Retired Army Infantry Combat Veteran of 26 years was the hold up and the reason for a longer process. Mr. Stangroom was my calm and my patient guide and helped me to the finish line! With Awesome People within your staff at NewDay like Mr. Stangroom I don't know how you can go wrong! Please keep up the good work, help more Vets and take care of my new friend Mr. Stangroom with a raise or a bonus, he is Awesome!!! Thank you NewDay, Bill & Stephanie Merrill-
I highly recommend NewDay USA. They were outstanding, from start to finish, with the refinancing process. They answered every question that I asked and kept me updated every step of the way. They answered every phone call or text that I made. If not the same day, it was the first thing the next day. The time table that they gave me about how long the refinancing would take was spot on. They missed by one day as to when I had the money in my bank and the checks in my hand. Great company to deal with. Again Highly Highly recommend.
Nico was great throughout the entire process! Very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make every step go smoothly!
Our house insurance was cancelled due to your company not paying it. They kept saying they would but have not. At this time we have no house insurance. We can be contacted at 530 275 0824
Everyone was very knowledgeable friendly and extremely helpful.
You made it easy to get through the loan process. A few phone calls and online document signings. That easy.
It took longer than I was told. I don't believe they are use to dealing with small town Credit Unions. The information that they wanted in the last two weeks could have been gathered in the first month. The last day before closing I was told we would get 4100 dollars out but at closing we only got 600 dollars at closing and nobody notified us of the change.
Great customer service and professional support from the staff. Alex kept us informed throughout the process from start to finish. We tried other options but New Day took care of our needs and met expectations better than the other companies.

The representative was extremely rude and didn't care to listen to me and basically cut me off every time I try to ask a question. I would never, ever use this company again, even if they could get me back into the 2% ranges we had during covid which I personally don't think they will ever get that low again. But this is the second time in the past two years that i've tried and I literally got nowhere with this company. They are absolutely horrible!!
We are grateful we came to New Day USA for our VA Cash Out Loan. We were treated very well with such professionalism and respect. At first I was a little apprehensive. Your account executive asked a few questions and answered any questions we had. I most was impressed by what he said New Day USA could do for us. and then he said calmly, "Let me Help You" He was exceptional He handled our application with patients and courtesy and was polite through the entire process as we provided documents he requested. The entire team was professional We were told the next step each time and it happened. New Day USA did what they said they were going to do. I call that quality.
I would recommend Veterans to give New Day USA a try.
I will forever be HAPPY we tried New Day USA
Thank You!

Total bail on Vets with 2 year perfect payment history w/Chap 13. Job loss due to COVID. Thank goodness for Veterans United!!!
I was married twenty-six years, divorced and all that comes with a divorce. She destroyed our credit and i asked NewDayUSA twice for just $50,000.00, so I could get a mobile home or something I could afford, in lieu of renting, "NEW DAY USA turned me down twice, so they do not6 help all "VETERANS" they help out the Veterans with good credit, unlike the VA itself. Just saying.
Nicholas was very knowledgeable regarding the process. He was great to work with! The only downside to the process was the delay in closing due to the flood insurance waiting requirements which was out of New Day's control. The requirement should have been on underwriting's checklist during the underwriting process not a last-minute discovery. It could have prevented the closing delay.

The service was awesome. Andrew, who handled my loan was easy to work with? He explained the process and was diligent keep me informed of everything. I like the fact I had no money out of pocket, or I didn't have to worry about that.

Communication lacks, not for the Veterans not pleased at all
Wow,well this was our second home we bought with my VA loan,as we ve been homeless last 5 years ,living in a RV in Montana extreme winters.
One night on a whim and honest mistake I applied with New Day fully exspecting to be turned down.
12 minutes after I applied Kyle called me,I almost ignored the call ,but hit wrong button.
After answering some brief questions ,Kyle called me Back and said Congradulation Mr.Evitt, your pre approved for 300k.....
I ask if this was a mistake and Kyle assured me it wasn't.
Infect 4 days Later we got the offer in Writing from NewDay.
Anyway,we knew we wouldn't be needing a home till the Fall. You see we live at Yellowstone national park entrance in Montana.
This all changed May 17th,When Our 34 year old combat veteran suffered a massive stroke.
Last thing he said was Momma come home!
13 hours later 3 flights we arrived in time for him to wake from first of 3 life saving surgery.
My wife said tommorow you find me a home.
Been married to her since 1985,so I dont ask,I just do.
32 homes we looked online 5 in person,no luck,
We finally settled on a home sight unseen, except videos and our realtors.
Next day Kyle had a cash offer certificate for us.
Seller excepted our offer, and Kyle and his whole New Day team worked hard for us and in 27 days we closed with ZERO DOWN and ZERO Closing cash, except for our earnest money.
My wife and I are greatful for every single person ,whole helped us ,and as 100%disabled veteran,New Day made there part of the exspeirence ,painless and stress free.
THANK YOU ALL AT NEWDAY USA.

Dear Sirs,
There was a complete lack of organization in my house loan application, resulting in last minute requests for more and more information. In addition, based on feedback by both realtors, Mr. Nelson blamed my age as the reason things were not being. I responded quickly to all requests. The other complaint is surprises in what was expected. Mr. Nelson never went over what the closing costs would be until the July 3rd. The closing was scheduled for July 7th. The closing finally occurred on July 9th. It was supposed to be at 9am, then moved to noon. We all showed up, only to find out Mr. Nelson wanted recent bank statements and proof that my house was paid-off. We finally closed at 6pm. This should have been a very simple process. I have over 2 million in liquid assets and own two houses which probably exceed 1 million in value, yet I was treated as a financially irresponsible person. The whole process was frustrating, and I am disappointed with the service.
Everyone was very helpful. Answered all our questions. Took time to explain anything we didn’t understand. Returned calls as soon as possible.
