This company charged exorbitant rates extolling the virtues of a VA lone then after all the paperwork 1 PAYMENT and they sold it, I had to go through a process ALL OVER again to pay the company they sold it to. ALL the points I had to pay for the VA funding fee to them was absorbed by them. THEY ARE A CLEARING HOUSE for VA LOANS. WHAT A RIPPOFF. I could have gone CONVENTIONAL instead. NEVER AGAIN! Mr LYNCH is getting RICH off "fellow Vets". Do not fall for this if you have other recourse.

we used NewDay before with our old house. 1 year into our new house we went for the Re-FI cash out which helped us pay off 4 major bills! Mr. Andrew Stangroom our account Executive was completely professional, courteous, Intelligent with his insight & suggestions, patient, understanding, and down right one heck of a guy!! Mr. Stangroom worked with us for about a month and a half with this loan. Myself, a crusty old & grumpy Retired Army Infantry Combat Veteran of 26 years was the hold up and the reason for a longer process. Mr. Stangroom was my calm and my patient guide and helped me to the finish line! With Awesome People within your staff at NewDay like Mr. Stangroom I don't know how you can go wrong!
