I have cancelled my order with them after they lied to me twice about when they were going to ship my order. I waited nearly a whole month and nothing was shipped. Praying I get my money back as they seem to be incredibly unreliable based on the reviews I’ve seen on here.

You definitely get what you pay for. The shipping comes within the time they say it will. They have tons of clothes for all sizes and shapes of people. The quality is extremely good for how cheap it is.

I paid for an order through PayPal then…
I paid for an order through PayPal then got several emails that the order was unpaid. Provided the receipt to the company 3 times and asked them to send me the order or cancel it and refund me the money. Still can't get it resolved. I would not recommend ordering from them.

The quality of the cloth is totally disappointing and their return policy is just a joke. They're clearly just trying to make it as complicated as possible to get a refund in order to dissuade customers from doing so.
This company is ridiculous.

Terrible return policy
Trying to do a return with this company is total BS. They want you to take a picture of the item, the shipping label, the tag, and the skew stating, "it's not because we don't believe you, but because we need to evaluate how the damage occurred." They said this even though I am returning it because I don't like the pattern, not because it was damaged. Plus, they then sent me another shirt which I did not order- so now I have two things to return. Definitely will not be using this site anymore.

They delivered my order to an old address which I was changed before putting the order. I asked for a refund, but they keep saying call your local carrier to deliver it to you. I asked them how and I'm in another province, but their answer is the same. Don't buy from them!

Different styles at a good price
I have shopped from Newchic on a number of occasions. The products always arrive within 2 weeks, well before the expected delivery date. I have never been disappointed with the items I have ordered. I like that the designs are different from High Street shops. The items are good quality and the size I order (UK 10/12) is always the same size with each garment. I will always continue to use Newchic.

The quality of the shirts I ordered is surprisingly good. I didn't like the fact that the fabric is fully synthetic for one item, the rest is great. Delivery took a long time But arrived with no problems.
