Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 210 reviews, reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers are consistently pleased with the products, often describing them as beautiful, stunning, and of excellent quality, frequently exceeding expectations. Many appreciate the competitive pricing, finding that the company offers superior quality at a fraction of the cost compared to other retailers. However, some people experienced issues with their orders and delivery. A few customers reported receiving incorrect items or only partial shipments, and there were instances where products were shipped to the wrong address. Additionally, some reviewers were confused by product descriptions, leading to accidental purchases of simulated diamonds instead of lab-grown ones.

Misleading marketing, domain change, and extremely poor value

I purchased a ring from Agape Diamonds a few years ago, believing I was buying a lab-grown diamond based on how their website and branding were presented at the time.

In March 2026, I reached out to the company directly to raise concerns that their previous website domain, “diamondslabcreated.com,” could reasonably lead consumers to believe they were purchasing lab-grown diamonds. The use of “lab created” in the domain name, combined with product descriptions using the word “diamond,” made it unclear that the stones may actually be simulants rather than true lab-grown diamonds.

Shortly after I raised this concern, I noticed that the company changed their domain to “agapediamonds.com,” removing the “lab created” language altogether. To me, this reinforces the concern that the original branding and domain name could be misleading to consumers.

Additionally, the value of the product has been extremely disappointing. I paid around $3,000 for this ring, and after attempting to resell it, I found it has little to no resale value—receiving offers under $100. That is a significant difference and not something I would have expected when making a purchase at that price point.

Had the nature of the stone and its actual market value been clearly explained upfront, I would not have made this purchase.

When I contacted customer service, I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously, and the response felt dismissive.

I’m sharing my experience so others can carefully review the details of what is being sold and make a fully informed decision.

Top-Notch Service and Quality Product

I wanted to write to share how pleased I am with the recent annual service of my ring. It is gleaming and sparkling and looks great (I also got the rhodium coating to freshen it up). Admittedly, when my husband and I were looking at engagement rings at the time, we had some serious concerns about a lab-grown diamond and the quality we could expect to receive from Agape. I'm happy to say, my ring looks just as perfect as it did in 2018 when we purchased it, and the service we receive from Agape for my yearly cleaning/tightening is 100%. A+

Great experience

I was nervous about buying a ring online. Great experience. The ring is beautiful. Took about a week to arrive. She loves it.

Damaged diamond tennis bracelet

I received my Agape Diamond tennis bracelet in February for my birthday on March 12th. I wore the bracelet today for the first time. I noticed that one of the diamonds fell out. I have no idea where it's at.
Please let me know what to do.
