You feel very welcomed from the minute you enter the shop. We bought a nice wathch for our daughter and they took time to explain everything about the watch.

I chose to visit New Cavendish because a friend was recommended this as an 'old fashioned' jeweller for some repairs, and was happy with their work. The staff were totally charming and helpful. Not at all snobby but knew their stock, and could suggest alternatives without being pushy. They were also flexible when I preferred a rose gold clasp in place of white gold . They had a good, but not overwhelming, selection of beautiful traditional and modern pieces. The staff were all incredibly patient while I was choosing, seemingly invested in my choice along with me. I will definitely go back. It was a pleasure to spend time with the staff and the stunning jewelry.
