Great service from start to finish. Ordered a sample then placed an order which was delivered in the time frame specified. Only moan is that the blinds were left outside placed up against the window. If they knocked on the door then didn’t hear it and they must have left. Not your fault it was the courier. I am very happy with my shutters and would highly recommend to anyone

Didn’t hear anything for an over a week so contacted them. They advised they were awaiting stock to arrive. Not a problem but some communication wouyhave helped. Item arrived a few days later and was perfect.

I spent in excess of £1,000 on a electric blind which went faulty within the first 6 months. New Blinds were quick to blame 'Paint on the rail' as the fault despite me having video evidence to prove the motor was faulty. I escalated the issue to the MD, I supplied the video evidence but they just fobbed me off. they have not tested the motor, the have not carried out any diagnostics they just blame me as a consumer! absolutely disgusting approach to customer service. I am now looking to pursue NEW BLINDS through the small claims court.

The blinds look great and fit well. Easy to install. Some small cover plates were missing but customer service team responded quickly to have them sent out. Came quickly but -1 star because no ETD or delivery pre-alert received (ordered during Christmas break so that was probably the reason).

I needed blinds throughout the house. I bought a couple. The cheapest they have, I think. Frankly, they're great. Don't look cheap, work well, look good. I bought more. All of them (says my builder) went up fine. Until one turned out to have a fault. Please read on - this is why the company's great. I emailed them about it. They asked for more details. Within four days of the initial email I received a replacement. Pretty darned good customer service for 2026. I will buy more.

The blind colour we ordered was discontinued so we got an email to let us know. Offered a slightly different colour which was fine but when it arrived it was not as described on the website (aluminum not wood) and the metal slat at the bottom of the blind (Venetian style) was full of rust and the paint was bubbling. Finally, no fitting instructions included.
Review amended - Feb 2026. Aftercare fantastic and no quibbles about collection and refund of the faulty blind. Rating changed to 5 star as once the issue was identified New Blinds couldn't have responded and rectified the situation any more quickly.

The new charger came and now able to charge the Somfy blinds and get them working again.
However the delivery was very slow even allowing for Christmas and New Year and relatively expensive for such a small package

These blinds are of good quality and reasonably priced and they look great. I ordered 10 in total. I made a mistake with the original order (I had only ordered 9). Emailed the company and was told that I would have to place a separate order for the other one. Anna advised that she would ensure that the factory knew of is and would hold back the original order so that all the blinds could be delivered together and this is what happened. My other mistake (yes, another one!) was to assume that the glass of each of the conservatory windows was the same depth. The brackets for the top windows were too small therefore did not fit. I contacted them again and Anna arranged (at extra cost) to send out the larger brackets. I could not argue about the extra cost as it was entirely my fault and it wasn't much.
Overall very happy with my interactions the only frustrating bit was not being able to phone the company and actually speak to someone. This said, all my emails were acted upon quickly and efficiently and all issues resolved.

New blinds arrived before Christmas as stated on ordering but power supply missing, had a couple of days before Christmas to dispatch but did not send till 6/1/26 then took till 12/1/26 to be delivered, so no working blinds over Christmas and new year.

The blinds are very good quality. Customer services are very helpful and from ordering to receiving my blinds was very quick. Altogether I was very pleased and would shop with Newblinds again.
