I ordered the gorgeous teddy vest and leggings, sadly the courier let Newbie down. I emailed to make Newbie aware they were so quick to respond and rectify the issue. Then when the out arrived, it exceeded expectations, beautiful packaged, the extension on the vest is perfect for the longer baby. So beautifully made, will definitely be returning!!!!

I am writing this review after emailing customer service months ago about several issues and receiving no reply.

I’ve been very disappointed with Newbie’s pricing, quality, and customer service. I noticed that a pack of vests originally priced at £16 was later put on sale with a tagged original price of £25 and marked "50% off"—raising the original price just to make a discount look larger feels misleading.

I’ve also had quality problems with their children’s leggings, as two separate pairs developed the exact same fault after normal wear. When I went to exchange the first faulty pair, store staff insisted I could only swap them for the exact same pair at their current reduced sale price. This felt completely unfair and inconsistent. If I were returning an item without a receipt, I would only be given its current reduced value. Yet here, when exchanging a faulty item, I was forced to accept the reduced value instead of the original amount paid, preventing me from using the full credit for other items.

To deal with recurring product faults, misleading sale tags, unfair store policies, and now months of complete silence from customer support is extremely poor. I expected much better standards from this brand.

I was really pleased with the little jumper and it was really nicely presented in a box with a ribbon. It was a good price in the sale and it will be ideal for my little niece 's birthday.The package was delivered fairly quickly and I would shop at Newbie again Thank you

returned an expensive dress, completekt new and packaged, but still no refund, will be escalating to small claims court if necessary. i just want the money black. i have proof of delivery from Royal mail

Such gorgeous clothes for babies. Great designs and quality and has become my favourite store for gifting. Only issue I had was that the delivery took a long time (2 weeks).

Great website easy to follow beautiful good quality clothes only disappointment I had was the gift wrapping which I paid extra for. I had ordered a baby’s 4-6months leggings top & socks and it was packed in such a tiny box therefore the contents were squashed inside not not ideal!! As it was a gift I expected it to be nicely presented in a decent sized box. Hence the reason I have given 4 stars.

I have only bought women’s clothes and now have so many that I love! Excellent quality and so beautiful. Sizing runs a little large however that is noted on this site. Excellent customer service as well!
