The company did not provide a receipt and charged $100 more for the product than advertized.
The company did not provide a receipt for me. I was supposed to pay $234 for 6 bottles, and they charged my credit card $324, which I'm guessing they thought I would not notice. I called customer support and they tried to talk me into keeping the product. I just want to return it and get my money back, but the company hangs up on me whenever I call, and customer support is no help. I suspect their product is as fake as their customer support, and I want nothing to do with it. But I'm stuck with it at a price I would have refused to pay.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. They are refusing my refund when I immediately requested it claiming that I have to screen shot my use & since I didn't want to sit through more of the video trying to upsell me for over a half hour I refuse to try it. The ads say they will never try to sell you anything else and then they immediately tell you the program won't work unless you buy more. The need to prove use was not mentioned before I purchased. Do not waste your money.

Very disappointed - fraudulent
Very disappointed. The Chronic Fatigue course sales page promised a course you could do lying on the sofa - instead it's like art therapy, with lots of exercises requiring standing up and tons of supplies - a question in a comment was answered with "oh you can leave out the arts bit, it's only a few days", which is another lie as almost every single day requires paint, A3 paper, molding clay and whatnot.
I contacted support to make use of the "money-back guarantee" because I'm travelling and can't possibly buy and lug around art supplies (had the sales page even mentioned this once, I would never have bought the course) - this was two weeks ago. No reply, no refund.
Steer well clear!!

I decided the program wasn’t right for…
I decided the program wasn’t right for me after I purchased and they immediately tried to sell me more. I asked for a refund and let them know the program wasn’t right for me- as it says in the marketing. They sent me a different refund policy and refused the refund because I hadn’t completed any part of the program. I don’t like being lied to and taken advantage of and will be disputing the charge.
Update: they did refund me and are now trying to gaslight me regarding my experience. They are requesting personal information or they will not recognize my review as legitimate.
The reason I decided it wasn’t for me is that the material is sloppy. It’s disorganized and difficult to navigate. They had a May module front and center- it was January. This is a scam and the upselling is taking advantage of people.

I have not started my course yet with them, but I wanted to comment on the experiencing whilst signing up.
This is not a scam. This a collective of professionals who yes are charging for a service, and yes they are advertising the further support options to you but they are not trying to trick you. They explain openly what the service is for, if you would like to add it on. But that you only get this chance to purchase at the discounted rate - which is not a scam tactic. This is how business like this work yes, but you are receiving a service. You also get a professional who calls you if you do go ahead with paying and receive something back for the money spent. I have chosen to go ahead with it.
You cannot expect to receive good things out there for free, we all need to survive on an income. So yes of course they are going to advertise other options to you, just as every other consumer business does. They are not doing anything unfair, they probably just want to continue being able to offer these services.
If you actually try the therapies and don’t get on well with it they will refund if you follow the terms - which means you actually need to apply and try it out. This is a term you agree to take out, I don’t feel anything is wrong with that. You aren’t being forced or manipulated.
I’m looking forward to trying it all out! For once I feel a sigh of relief that this is actually what I need. It works, if you believe and take the actions to do it yourself. They are very transparent about this.

very basic and overrated don't waste your money and time
This program is very basic and does not live up to its life changing effect.
The videos of very amateurish and she could do with more training on how to present online.
The written prompt cards were quite basic and lacked any depth.
Possibly aimed at low IQ users.
I have asked for my account to be deleted as it includes credit card details as there were no option not to save the details.
This is an indication of a sub optimum setup for a company and their level of expertise and professionalism.
I have ask for a full refund but received a chatbot response saying they are inundated with emails over the holiday period which was over 1 month ago. Poor management.
I have completed and trained in DBT techniques and have found that this program is very basic and does not give good basic outcomes.

Company is a scam and customer service is a joke. The videos are not "life changing new tools and resources", they're basic meditation practices. I asked for a refund and they ignored me until I got rude and are now refusing to refund me claiming they track my progress and I "haven't engaged enough". Their website right now advertises "30 day money back guarantee, no reason needed, no hassel". I was skeptical because it was so cheap but I guess I should have known to get what I pay for.

I tried the Neurotoned program but it…
I tried the Neurotoned program but it wasn't a good fit for me. I asked for a refund several days ago, and then sent another request for a refund a couple days ago, and have only gotten a message from their chatbot, basically putting me off, saying they are busy..
1st update: There were two charges for different aspects of the Neurotoned program, $39 and $19. On January 20 they refunded the $39. I immediately asked for the rest of the refund and I never heard back from them about that. I have a busy life and just gave up on ever getting that smaller refund.
2nd update: Shortly after I added my first update (above) I received the $19 refund.

Helpful practices and support
I purchased the 30 day program for a discounted price of 17$ and it did help me a lot. It is advertised as some kind of miracle and the marketing is a bit too aggressive which made me suspicious in the beginning. But for the lower price I decided to try it and it definitely helped. What helps for me is the easy access to short videos so you know what to do every day, the accountability it made me feel to find time (almost) every day. Some techniques I knew but many were new to me. I also like the approach that is very kind and reassuring. You still have to do the work, it takes time and you can have setbacks, don’t expect a miracle pill that fixes you, but the consistent support and access to techniques can really be a breakthrough or some shift you need

Dodgy sales video after purchase to pressure you into paying for the year
This is for my experience of the web site & sales video after my purchase. I've not tried any of the courses I purchased yet. However, the sales video seems really unethical to me and if I'd not already seen good reviews of the courses on here I'd be really put off the content and thinking it was a scam (my friend who told me about it said the same!) We've both got ME/CFS and came to the site via a link on Facebook for a group of courses specifically for Chronic Fatigue so to then have a video you feel forced to watch with a sales pitch basically saying 'buy now at this price or you'll never see this 60% discount again' - and the implication that you can't progress onto your courses without watching the video - seems especially cruel for anyone with anxiety issues/central nervous system dysregulation and/or chronic fatigue. Especially as a the video is so long! I literally have very limited energy and struggle with daily self care & get brain fog - which affects my memory, concentration & decision making ability (as is common with chronic fatigue!) I watched it for a while when I thought it was a shorter video (there was a bar at the bottom but the video didn't stop when the bar was full). Then went to make lunch and it was still going when I got back. I paused it to do something better for my mental health whilst I ate lunch. The actual web page the video is has 'wait your order is not complete' in it - which is a lie because I logged in on the app before it finished and my content was there (since I'd paid for it...) None of this fills me with confidence. I have chronic health issues, I rely on benefits, and I have fatigue & brain fog which affect my decision making ability. This is ethically wrong - you are targeting people with chronic health issues & anxiety in your advertising etc. And you're a company that claims it's trying to help us to feel safe and reduce anxiety... Is this advertising technique anxiety reducing? Is this meant to make is feel safe & supported?... I can tell you it doesn't. Why not just send an offer after 20-25 days? Or on completion of the courses purchased? Unless you don't trust your own courses....

I clicked on the 7-day free trial, but instead saw only either one-year or monthly subscriptions. I clicked on the monthly and was immediately charged $19 on my Paypal.
Just completed the video for Week One in under 30 minutes—I guess it’s meant to be repeated daily? So I’ll move on to Week 2 content next week, and so on, since, realistically, healing can take weeks or months. If you’ve done research about vagus nerve toning, you likely have a general idea on how to do it yourself. As of Week One, they show specific exercise towards that goal.

with the email you used to sign up? That way we can check your account directly, review what happened with the charge, and also help you get the most out of Week 1 and the rest of the program in a way that feels clear and manageable.
On the other hand, the Week One practice is meant to be repeated throughout the week. You don’t need to do new exercises every day — the nervous system responds best to simple, gentle repetition. When you feel ready, you can move on to Week Two next week at your own pace. There is absolutely no rush, and your timeline is completely valid. Healing really does unfold over weeks and months, not overnight.

Frozen back muscles
I have started Neurotone programme three weeks ago and enjoying practicing every day. From the beginning I noticed a shift in my stress level and calming my body. I will continue practicing so that to overcome a serious somatic problem with frozen muscles, that I feel it is improving day after day!
