Arrived promptly and easy to use once I purchased the additional strap as its top heavy using the saw , could do with more power as the trimmer can’t deal with thicker twigs

The hedge trimmer is very weak and cuts only the smallest of branches. The oil tanks on the chainsaw leaks and all the oil drained out overnight (onto the patio). Not ideal. The battery is small with a very short operating time. It’s cheap it does an average job, but I wouldn’t buy this again.

Ordered a leaf blower on next day delivery. But it never turned up. Then turned up late and when I opened a return they paid me 10% of the price and closed the return. I am now 90% of the price out of pocket and they will not reply to any emails. AVOID AT ALL COST

Fast delivery, well packaged. Such good value. Have used the hedge cutter several times and although it’s not heavy duty it has trimmed everything brilliantly - even woody hazel stems around 1cm in diameter. The extension handle is so useful for reaching up high and out wide. The battery lasts and I’ve not had to recharge yet after about an hour and a half of work so far. It’s not heavy but challenging to use for long periods, would prefer to have a harness to make it feel more stable. I’ve yet to try the chainsaw but have bought some oil and if it’s as good as the hedge trimmer I’ll be happy.

Abysmal company. Never answers the phone, have returned an item and still yet to receive a credit. Also received an email today asking me to leave feedback for them....amazing, surprise surprise an error message comes up for anything below 4 stars....nice try Netta....ill leave my review on here instead. Avoid at all cost!!

Have not had a chance to use this hedge trimmer so far due to weather! However, it arrived well packed with clear instructions. Only assembly required was very simple fixing of a hand guard which took one minute. Looking forward to using it.

Decent delivery and actually cheaper buying direct from Netta than Amazon. Only used a few times, not super powerful but does the job well. Battery seems to be lasting well. Pleased with it.

My friend has one and she highly recommended it to me,I got a loan of it ,could not believe how light it is . I ordered one for myself ,excellent hedge trimmer ,also the battery last an hour,I have now ordered a spare battery.Would highly recommend it.
