DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. !! Purchased air con unit through B & q it was faulty. B & q advised need to go through seller Netagon.
I keep asking for collection to be arranged and refund but getting no where. So going to have to file a complaint. Awful product and even worse customer service

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They mis advertise. I was promised & paid for next day delivery. It did not arrive next day. Contacted Amazon who were not helpful at all (customer service based in India).
Item was apparently delivered on Friday instead of Thursday which I paid for & left in a safe location. Nowhere to be seen.
That location in the photo does not match anything at that address.
Contacted Netagon, they keep telling me the same thing about it being delivered, keep going round in circles.

They just don't accept any responsibility for their errors or actions.

Still fighting with them to get my money back.
Reported to my bank for fraud

Ordered a fan through B&Q

Ordered a fan through B&Q - a desktop fan. I couldn’t believe there was one in stock as I’d had no luck anywhere. Anyway I cannot fault the delivery, it came in two days and free delivery. However the box was resealed with a load of sellotape obvs someone’s return - the fan was in a million pieces which I had to put together to build it!? With the tiniest of screws to keep the mesh bit together that only a flea would be able to put on. Anyway it works but I’m still worried if it’s dodgy or not .. I think if you spend £35 on a new fan it should be 100% put together and in working order. I did not buy a DIY fan. I feel it could fall apart any minute, should they even sell it like that? Is it allowed??

This company has an awful customer…

This company has an awful customer service. And one product we ordered from them in their online store has not delivered in the specific address and they keep on saying that the product was delivered when it is not really delivered to our door. Never gonna order with this seller again.

Does Netagon exist as a company?

I purchsed a faulty floor standing fan through Amazon, who suggested returning the item and I would receive refund from Netagon. Amazon were out of stock so could not provide a replacement. I tried to contact Neagon by telephone, but the lines were not working because of the hot weather and everyone was woking from home. I tried to contact them using sales@ netagon.co.uk but was told the address was not corrrect although it came from the Netagon web site. What can I do? There is no zero star option!

Ordered staple gun on temu 18/6/26 …

Ordered staple gun on temu 18/6/26 temu used to company for item.been told via Tracking it was and is with Evri .but for some reason it is Delayed in Evri warehouse almost a week now.never never ever waited this long for a delivery from within uk.held a job up i was about to finnish.Tracking today sunday Evri still saying Delayed at warehouse.HOW! OR HAS IT BEEN STOLEN!?

Wrong item sent, was assured the roof bars would fit my car, a completely different set arrived thus ruining my weekend! Website is non existent so they're a cowboy outfit AVOID !!!

Have to persist for a refund

Eventually, I have got a refund for this product.
They wanted me to 'return it for testing' at my own expense but sent a postage label after I refused to.
Still think seriously about purchasing as they don't like to assist customers without an argument.
Awful product expensive price, poor customer service.
Lap tray with beaded cushion, lasted 6 weeks, beads leaking every time it's used. Told Netagon customer service to be told it's wear and tear!!!
Can't I use a tray.... £25 for 6 weeks ☹️☹️

Only given a 1 star because I am not…

Only given a 1 star because I am not able to give 0.

Ordered 2 of the same items from this company via Amazon. Paid for next day delivery. 1 item turned up 2 days later rather than next day (delivery contract therefore not fulfilled).

10 days later, many messages from Evri & several from Netagon including waiting 10 days to allow an investigation as to why the parcel has not been delivered/still might be delivered and 7 days to allow Netagon to process my refund, I have heard nothing, no parcel & no refund for item or delivery charge.

Avoid this company!!

Slow Despatch and Confusion

Ordered a fly swatter via eBay. When I checked some days later the item still had not been despatched. I cancelled the order and got a prompt refund.

But since then several emails about delivery, including one from EVRI on June 2nd saying "We’ll let you know when it's out for delivery. ". Today EVRIs website (ref. H04JNA0003099415) says the cancelled order has been delivered. It has not. The two stars are for the prompt refund. The rest appears to be a shambles.

Need serious training of Customer Services Agents on products.

I ordered a Schallen Soft Fleece heated blanket, the product is lovely but the Dispaly does not function properly. I emailed Netagon for advice telling them that the display did display something but not the temperature or time and got a very poor responce asking me to check I had read the instructions. The instructions are to plug it in, nothing else which if they had looked at the instructions they would have known I had done. I got another message asking me to check the plug fuse, obviously it is not the fuse if when I plug it in I get a display albeit not the correct one. Given up and will purchase from someone else once I get a refund.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I was sent an item which was not as advertised, then Netagon had the audacity to try to charge return postage and to require me to take it to a ParcelShop, thereby incurring additional travel costs. Had to fight for my consumer rights leading to a very lengthy and stressful time before I finally had a refund.

Purchase from eBay

Purchase from eBay. Fast delivery. EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Unfortunately the snow chains didn't fit. This was a manufacturer issue and nothing to do with Netagon. The description of the item on the listing was accurate. UK based. Available on the phone. Replacements and refunds all sorted with greatest of ease. You are superb (especially Abi) and I will buy again. Very disappointed I ultimately had to take business elsewhere.
